some people might not enjoy the ending because it is not satisfying or this is an open ending or the writer couldnt…
Still... would it really hurt to throw in a few feel-good closure scenes for the characters? Like Gu meeting Chang Hee etc... Would just make us viewers much happier... 😔
Not bad but not a 9/10 like the reviews say either. It was mediocre, like a 6 out of 10 maybe. They deserve creds for being able to do VFX like hollywood blockbusters though.
Like many others say - a timeless classic. I wonder if there ever will be a drama better than this one, the whole project and how everything came together is like a miracle. 8 years have passed already.... Also the best OST in a series ever.
I think Lee Joon Gi needs a better script next time, not something from a comic maybe. The bar simply got set too high since FoE, so it will be hard to beat it in the thriller genre. 3 thrillers in a row now so I hope he goes for another genre in his next drama.
Again My Life is a decent watch but you won't miss out on much if you skip it. tbh
I think this is a drama that you either love or hate. Its so bleak & dry and it doesn't flirt with its viewers at all. The FL also looks bored/depressed throughout most of the series, which I can see can turn off some people. But at the same time MANY (obviously) loved it. If you recommend this to someone who isn't into kdramas the person will most likely drop it fast, so I think you need to be pretty into kdramaland to truly enjoy and get the most out of it ❤️
I liked it but would say its a step down from my mister. I found it pretty draggy at times. I also disliked the open ending... there are just too many open endings recently. Need that satisfying feel-good closure.
If you all keep supporting this soon all kdramas will have open/leave it to the viewers imagination-endings. There are already so many dramas that did the same this year. Is that really what you want? You don't want that satisfying feelgood closure? Terrible trend imo.
Won't be easy to "go against" the 10/10 best drama ever-train right now. But this was easily a step down from My Mister. Going for an open ending is also so damn safe & lame.. sorry...
Everyone is praising the ending... am I the only one who is tired of never getting a satisfying proper ending/closure recently? There have been sooooo many dramas this year that did the same. For me an open ending feels like a kick in the balls, most of the times =(

The plot/script is a MESS.
