The ending is not THAT bad, but people wanted it to be better because if the ending was amazing this would have been like one of the best kdramas of all time, at least for many. Thats why it hurts so much.

Its NOT bad but really hurts they couldn't get someone better to write the script. What a waste of money and the cast.

Its good but it definitely has a melancholic vibe overall. If you don't feel like you will appreciate it right now save it for later.

Its great so far, a fun drama. Most negativity you will hear about it comes from butthurt fans of the webtoon, because they made some changes.

I had to drop it because of that mum thing, is it still going on?

Of course it "gets better" but the whole drama has that vibe, from beginning to end.

This drama is solid AF so far.

I find myself agreeing more and more with the 6-8/10 reviews in here.
Like someone wrote the drama is kind of weird. I mean there were some really good moments but it also felt uncomfortable at places. A few times I even wondered if I was enjoying the drama or not. It was also pretty slow and dragged on a bit in the middle, and I found most characters to be pretty dull, unrelatable & unlikable (for example complaining too much about their lives, sorry).
I understand people liked the open ending of this one, but I am the person who just wants that satisfying closure after spending 16 hours of my life on something. But maybe thats just me.. At last I thought Mr.Gu's past was a bit cheesy/safe, I expected something bigger and stronger, something more painful.

Don't get me wrong its not bad at all (still giving it like a 8 which is high), but maybe not "the best drama ever made", like everyone in here is writing. But if you think so, that's great! Peace to you all!
