anyone else’s brain exploded after watching ep 8? i know mine did. holy moly guacamole this lakorn should win the crazy chemistry award, if such award existed. I know I’m giggling, tossing and turning on my bed, I couldn’t imagine the director, production team and editor who witnessed their acting first hand. they must have felt like a third wheeler. Now, waiting for the next 5 days is torturous…
I think weekend is one ep, like last week. there’s airing schedule in the discussion above
now let’s wait patiently for TFF, lol.
Yeah, I haven’t finished TD too. I put it on hold at ep 35. It was intriguing to see both the FL and Joe Chen (the step mom). But then she went crazy (so I assumed that’s the end of her arc), and then Duke Su’s story, which I dont find really interesting.
most viewer didn't hate fl. they are more like disgusting.
whenever I think of LR, I thought of eldest daughter syndrome. especially about putting boundaries with people. Its really difficult to be trusting and show your weaknesses when she grew up in that environment.
its also completely fascinating (and to some degree even baffling) that PWX knows LR sooo much better than SRQ…
You know, a lot of people commented on LR's character, but what's baffling me the most is PWX. He is a very atypical male lead, quite modern for his time. While many men of that era were chivalrous, masculine, and acted as provider, protector, PWX displays a blend of masculine & feminine. For example, in his first life, he loved LR but didn't do anything to win her back, instead letting her live with SRQ, assuming she was happy.
As you mentioned, he observes LR and tries to change himself for her. For instance, he learns to do makeup and fix hairstyles (quoting LR, though I can't remember which episode), yet he never makes any official statement about his love. Do you understand what I mean? Lol, he's still baffling me
I checked out all most watched chinese drama list , i dont like any of them. i find them uninteresting except…
yeah apparently xianxia is a thing in China. Not a fan either. I can accept historical drama tho, but most of the time I prefer to watch modern cdrama. TPR is an exception because of ZLH and ZJM.
