Unpopular opinion maybe, but I feel a lack of momentum and connected tissue between the random cases unlike TBOY or Ancient Detective. Things become stale really fast for me.
I don't know how to feel about the 'letting go' message though. LLH is having depression, I think. 'Letting go'…

So far it's good but I feel something is missing here
I think this drama misses the central high stake mystery from the get go to keep the momentum of all the various cases. Right now, LLH simply finding his senior's remain before he died, but his nonchalant attitude toward his own death make the whole plot lack of urgency. They should state that death of LLH's senior is suspicious or something and LLH is on his way to investigate.
So this definitely seems to be hinting at a relatively sad or bittersweet ending (depending on how you look at…
I don't know how to feel about the 'letting go' message though. LLH is having depression, I think. 'Letting go' in this context is really uncomfortable.
I see him getting jealous of LLH in the opening, and just checking the relationship chart with English translation, it seems Estelle Chen's character having one-side love with LLH.
So since DFS might become friends with ML, I suspect ML's love competitor turning out to be a bad guy. Also, the red lady is giving me yandere vibe.
