Based on my POV, the biggest difference between ML and FL martial arts are experience, which in this case ML win. With many experience through war, ML undoubtly stronger, while FL surely strong, she is not familiar with and delivering killing blow. Of course she has the talent to match or surpass ML, but that up to the story of how she will catch up.

Watched up to Ep 9. I still say this is really a good remake. They manage to capture the dynamic and chemistry between Jiang Qi and Yu An. Somehow, they miserable life truly resonance with me. The pace is also good. Not fast or rushed but also not slow either. The OST able to maxime every scene/moment to convey its meaning to me. What a wonderful show.
Please cdrama god! Don't make me lose interest in this, I already hooked in the first 20 mins of Ep1! Though the story going back to the past after it and got me bored, I still force myself and see the Ep5 trailer, which they back to recent times and decide not to drop it.
