The ending was so beautiful and poignant! I love how they have a time skip to 7 years later and them reading the last letter with their son. It leaves kind of an open-ending as to how long LZX's father managed to live on. They chose to focus on his message and the memories they shared instead 😌❤️

There's no difference aside from the episode length and distribution. TV version has more but shorter eps to accomodate ads and TV schedule. If you see 45+ mins eps then it's probably the original version which is generally released a bit later.
WeTV has both versions so I normally watch TV version first and then check the original if they have a few mins ahead cause I'm impatient hahaha...

Yeah I guess both characters have their own flaws that they need to overcome, which makes it more realistic. We always expect Gu Wei to be the more mature one cause he's a doctor and older. But because of this, he's also under more pressure and has to assume more responsibilities. So it makes sense that he'll more likely buckle and mess up at some point.
Hopefully LZX can pull Gu Wei out of it so we can resolve this problem by tomorrow's night (the trailers look promising). I'm just praying for my fav couple 😌🤞❤️
