I highly recommend One and Only! But it's a bittersweet and you need to watch the modern sequel Forever and Ever to find closure. The Story of Kunning Palace has a nice and addictive tension to it, plus Wang Xing Yue gets upgraded from villain to second ML lol. Are You The One and Blossom in Adversity have solid character development.

If this follows the original C-drama, there'll a backstory for Haejun's mother. She's not all that bad. Whereas, Sanha's mother is as selfish as she seems

I just realised the ML's character name "Qiang Qing Ci" sounds a lot like "Tan Jian Ci" lol. This role is almost like it's written for him cause who else has a deep, mellow voice that can dub and sing historical shows so well like Tan Jian Ci! 😆😆😆

Sorry for the late reply. Something in the Rain is a classic noona romance for me. I love the vintage soundtrack and cozy vibe. It does get a bit dramatic in the second half but it's still one of my all-time favs. Jung Hae In also starred in another slice-of-life drama (One Spring Night) after this with the same production crew. Even though the vibe of both dramas are similar, the storyline and characters are moving in different ways :)

If you're looking for something more fluffy, then I recommend My Little Happiness and Love Is Sweet. These are my secret mood-boosters. I love how this now becomes a recommendation corner hahaha :)

When the Camellia Blooms was a true gem, I'm glad you found the list helpful! If you're into healing C-dramas that are beginner-friendly, I would definitely recommend You Are My Glory and Hidden Love. They both got great lead chemistry and not too much drama. Meet Yourself is a bit more like Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha and When the Camellia Blooms, where the FL moves to the country to find some respite. The scenery is gorgeous and everyone is funny and down-to-earth.
