I was happy to see him get exposed and stabbed him in episode 10. Never before have I rooted for a male lead’s demise.

Unfortunately, the fairy saved him bc he misled her (thinking it was FL). Ugh so frustrating

8 episodes in and the ML has 0 redeeming quality, making it impossible to root for him and watch. I always love bad guys (LBFAD, TTEOM, Mr. Bad), but I hate liars and men with no integrity. He shamelessly lies and has no remorse to the true god/2nd lead. I will skip around and/or come back when his lies are exposed and he gets punished.

Why are ppl surprised by the ending? Sure, i really wanted a happy ending for him deep down and when he said his life was so hard, i cried like a baby, but he was the DEVIL god (emphasis on devil)! A happy ending was an illogical long shot from the very beginning.

That said, I think script writers left a lot of Easter eggs suggesting a happy reunion for the family at some point (w/o the shadow casted by the devil bone/fetus).

Ps - if the clues aren’t enough, just pretend episode 35 is the happy ending. LSS and CJM cultivates and live happily in Hengyang sect together forever. 💗

I don’t think LSS knows! TTJ was there as MY, but she wasn’t.

TTJ made a comment (in his mind) about di mian and Chu Huang when they met again at Hengyang sect. I think the truth will come out very soon to LSS

40 episodes seem short but we’ve experienced a lot…over 10,500 years of major events. ⏳
