I wouldn’t call Jing a green flag. All the guys are intentionally flawed (red flags). Jing is TAKEN. He is engaged to another woman and has asked XY to wait 15 years. Although some readers/viewers knows how it ends, XY does not so she is taking a HUGE risk giving her heart to him

OMG I was a giggling school girl during XY’s coronation ceremony. Lost it when the 3 male leads gaped at her and made faces at each other. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Even so, the 2 lady clowns harassed him and his sisters on the boat (for food lol). His sisters had to jump and flee for their lives. CX broke XY’s leg and beat him up for kidnapping A Nian. His response to the 2 clowns wrecking the boat and making his sisters flee: “No biggie hehe.” All bc he wants a political alliance and maybe to investigate the Feng beng lady. This is why I think he is a green tea character lol.

He showed up but nothing notable happened lol. Director really needs to glow his character up or he is just going to be a rando side character for us who are already conflicted over the other 3 male leads lol

CX is a manipulative green tea character. He is only nice bc he is trying to form an alliance with her family. If there was no family backing her, it will be a different story completely

HAHAHA yes! We need to eliminate that blinded duty from XL. This will ensure a happy ending for our leads. ❤️

The happy ending of my dream:

XY decides to stay in Jade Mt for 200 years to recover her spiritual powers. XL visits her often and after 200 years, they become a powerful demon couple who rule the world together hehe

Interesting conclusion. I didn’t think of his weakness as balancing the scales in this drama where the main ML doesn’t get the girl. You are right tho.
