It gets heavy in some areas, but it’s tastefully done without giving you emotional trauma haha Things don’t pick up until about Ep 5 or so and when you realize why DMD started the story so slow you end up agreeing with the choice. It’s a masterpiece 😘

Already am! That one is amazing too! But this one is the one that takes the cake for me.

Hands down the best CBL ever made at the moment. Genius. Second couple is THEMSELVES, the girlfriends empower themselves and eachother, and the men fight HARD for each other despite the world around them. A masterpiece.

Also, I HATE GLs. They are always done poorly. But if China can show the world how it’s done, just the one bar scene between the girls, the tension, the sass, the eye contact, the push and pull of dominance… I may actually watch a GL.

When I first began this show I was worried I wouldn’t like it. I struggle with period dramas and the only one I liked before this was Century of Love (another masterpiece). NetJJ and LatteKim blew me away. If you’re on the fence about this one like I was, watch it. Please support this show and these actors. They deserve everything after all their hard work.
