You mean when she finds out he switched the wedding carriages? That's around ep 17 mark i think. He tells her he has been lying all along to her, but actually its kinda because he has lost all his cultivation and wants to protect her by making her leave.
But before ep 17, she already knows he wants to kill the soul shards so knows he is not 'good'. I cant remember exactly when she figures that out. Also, when she green him, she knew he had been picking on his older bro as well.

Yay finished drama! I rank it 8 and enjoyed it lots. I think it had some good stuffs in it romance terms and I was rooting for main CP cos Canqi was real creepy. And Li hongyi is soooo suited to costume drama look and Huang Riying is super cutey😍.
