Same here! I tried to get into this a few years ago, but also dropped it early on. Just finished - it's such a cute, happy ending! You're in for a treat, especially after watching LGIEF. <3

This breaks my heart to read. People have gotten too used to open cruelty towards other human beings just because they have online anonymity. There was a saying I saw that really stuck with me - 'If you don't take a break when you should, your body will take one for you, and it won't be at a convenient time.' I truly hope she puts her own well-being first, and get back on her feet so that she can move toward her own happiness and peace, whatever that may look like.

All the people reporting back that it's a HE is making me feel so relieved LOL. Am still on Ep. 30 but things have already started feeling more enjoyable again. The Crown Prince's wife is pretty darn awesome. Ansu's a lost cause but at least Dou Zhao has gained a promising new friend to make up for it.

So true. Am I the only one who also kind of didn't see the love triangle coming? He could've just stayed a really interesting non-romantic second male lead. This new development feels really forced.

Exactly. Orchid was a young fairy so it makes sense that she starts out naive. She also had beautiful growth as LBFAD progressed. Esther's acting brought divisive opinions, but I personally found her super cute and likeable, even at the beginning. Miao Ansu grates my nerves because this level of stupidity is just weird at this stage in the drama, considering how her character has been build up until this point.

Song Han/Miao Ansu are so annoying OMG. I've been skipping scene after scene for the past few episodes for the sake of my blood pressure. Excuse me, Director, who's our main couple again?!

Same here - I've skimmed through 27 to 29. Song Han and Miao Ansu are so infuriating and it's crazy how they've essentially taken over our main couple for screentime at this point.
