@angelaesposito
You misunderstood my comment, it wasn't directly to you, in fact I even post the same sentence under your reply to make sure that everyone else could read it.
I may have use bad words to express myself, but sorry english is not my native language, I didn't mean that you know bit of italian, I mean that if every users that came across italian food for any reason, (reasons that are not my concern because they are private, like the extansion of your italian origins), reply trying to pick apart my comment, I will spent my life on this comment section. (I will change my words in the public comment cause I do not want to risk to offend anyone else and I apologise if I did it to you)

The annoyed attitude came because I already explain in the comment above what I really mean with my joke, but then you arrive asking out loud the same thing that I already explain to other users, and to put more emphasis you declared to have italian origins. Your comment made me look like an Italian idiot who does not even know its own traditions. I got offended the same as you did reading my reply.

For your italian origins I can't be more happy to know that even if you live in america you feel yourself italian, but you have to admit that when you do not live in the native country for your entire life the traditions and other stuff you learn are always a bit filtered or modified. You may know a lof of italian stuff but you will never know as much as like who live here. My attitude and all the details wasn't there to prove you know little but to prove that I know a bit more. Sorry again it wasn't my intention to offend you but I was just trying to defend my comment. I send you a request friend as a peace offer.

Drama related: the original version of this drama has a really bad ending, since the k-drama is more light, I hope viewer will not get disapponted if they decide to end it like the original.

I will not explain any further, to anyone else, the reason behind my comment.
I can't explain our table rules to every user that came across italian food for any reason, because this is not a cooking forum but a drama forum and I do not want to spam the comment section.

Apparently my comment was to subtle to be understood by people who do not live in Italy on daily basis. It's probably a joke that you can't get due to different culture. I apologise if I create confusion and sorry for the spam please go on with kdrama related comment.

North Italy and no offense but you have a very confuse idea about italian tradition.

Lasagna has bolognese's souce inside. Same goes for baked ziti, they are a type of pasta NOT a dish, with that type of pasta or any different type, it depends on taste, we made "pasta al forno" (baked pasta) and inside has the same bolognese's souce! Not meatball! For example in my city we use maccheroni and meatball are forbidden.

This is a cool example to explain how word are use in a wrong way and create confusion about real italian tradition. In some city the word lasagna and baked pasta are even inverted. You get baked pasta if you ask lasagna and the other way around. If you order one of this and expect to have meatball inside you can be disapponded in a lot of italian city.

All the recipes of baked pasta, lasagna and spaghetti that contain meatballs are recipes revisited in the "family kitchen", at your own table you can do whatever you want afterall, but the tradition is Bolognese's souce. And meatballs is more a south tradition maybe because they were more expose to immigration and different culture.

When you say "the sauce is literally just hamburger and onions together". Is NOT humburger but minced meat, with onions and peas, once again it is a souce, a condiment for pasta. And in north we do not even eat with pasta but alone with bread, but you can use it as a souce for pasta.

With minced meat you can make humburger or you can make the bolognese's souce, or any different type of souce, we even eat it uncooked and where I live now minced meat uncooked is a typical dish. And this is exactly the subtle comment I made:

If you go around saying you eat pasta with bolognese's souce that is made with minced meat no one will tell you anything.

But if you go around saying that you eat pasta with a souce that basically is an humburger trust me, you will get question mark faces. just because humburger is made by compressing minced meat doesn't mean that you eat pasta with humburger. You don't destroy an humburger to get minced meat but is the other way around, with minced meat you can make a lot dish included humburger.

We do eat pasta with a souce made by minced meat, but we never make an humburger and put on top of pasta. That is what I was referring to when I say we don't eat meat with pasta.
We don't cooked any kind of meat (chicken, humburger,...) and put inside the plate of pasta, I made a likeness(similitude) to explain how the drama is combining two things that are too different from each other.

BUT that doesn't mean that we don't have any condiment for pasta that have meat inside. And as I said this meat is processed with other ingredients to make the sauce, you feel the taste and a light consistency of meat, but there are no large pieces of meat as in Italian dishes sold abroad.

Minced meat or other kind of meat elaborated into a souce is not meat anymore, it bacame a souce, a condiment. My comment was a very subtle comment, if you don't get the different between condiments and meat coocked as a second course, you will never get my comment. There are not planty of pasta's dishes that have meat inside, there are planty of souce's meat that are use as a condiment for pasta. The meaning of the sentence is similare but different.

I am sorry but I really do not know how to explain my comment anymore, you have interpreted my words too drastically.

I will not explain any further, to anyone else, I can't explain our table rules to every user that think to know a bit of Italian, because this is not a cooking forum but a drama forum and I do not want to spam the comment section.

Apparently my comment was to subtle to be understood by not native people.
I made a subtle play of words that probably if you're not Italian is hard to get.
I apologise if I create confusion and sorry for the spam please go on with kdrama related comment.

Title My Only One
I am the only one who think Kang Soo Il is hilarious when he leave every scene?
When he need to leave he step fast diagonally lowering one part of his body and his face is so seriously that it looks like is fleeing the scene to go change into a superman dress to save the world. LOL
On The Third Charm Nov 11, 2018
I enjoyed the first part but now I hate this drama. I feel scammed, the plot turn out to be a very dark and depressing romance and I hate this kind of genre and I think viewer had the right to know at least what kind of genre is the drama before starting it, not in the process of watching.
This is the first time that I am so piss that I would like to down vote a drama. I will not do it because I like to be objective but just for your information: I HATE THIS DRAMA!
Replying to russian white bear Nov 11, 2018
saying it is a sad romance is an insult to the whole sad/tragic romance movie/drama(s) out there
Should I change into depressing?
Replying to Oh Sunny Nov 10, 2018
At this point I'm not sure what the plot is other than the female lead gets stuck in time loops until she manages…
Thank you, as I suspected is not my piece of cake!
On Feel Good to Die Nov 10, 2018
Ok I see a lot of comment about this drama being funny but beside that what?
How is the acting? how is the plot? is only work office slice of life?, how is the romance? Why there is fantasy and Time loop in the tag????

Since I don't like office drama, I would like some more information, feel free to spoiler me, thanks.

LOL you are awesome! Pretty good description, I do not want to spoiler but let me say that the tag melodrama should…
I don’t know but tags and genres can be modify by every user so maybe someone updated the page during the drama, I feel the same, I wasn’t expecting this kind of melodrama, but is not easy add genre and tag before the start, is not like we know how it will go the plot.
Replying to russian white bear Nov 10, 2018
the more romance it has the harder its gonna hit viewer when thing finally unfold (if it ever hahaha)
That’s exactly what I was thinking! If they save them for the sake of love, because love can save people they will ruin the original concept but if they respect the original the viewers will raise after all that romance! LOL

Spaghetti and meatballs are a USA thing, our culture got mixed together probably due to immigration but trust me is not a plate you can easily find in italian restaurant. And most of family doesn’t even eat it at home.

We do have some typical plate like stuffed past and different souces that include meat. But we are talking about super tiny piece of meat, you feel the flavors but not the consistency of meat, souces and stuffed are condiments FOR pasta NOT pasta with meat.

Basically we don’t cook meat and put in the same plate with pasta. Like in France they served me spaghetti with chicken on top of it..... my grandma probably turn up side down inside her tomb!

Sorry but my italian spirit rise when I hear meatball or Alfredo souce, that by the way, doesn’t exist in Italy!!! And please never ever ask a pizza with pineapple if you ever visit Italy. :D

I'm halfway through episode 12 and i just wanna say that i'm disappointed. I find the stabbing plot so unnecessary…
That’s what happens when you make a remake more light then the original but decide to go haed with the stabbing when the character is definitely to good to act in a violent way. In the j-version the brother is more dark so there isn’t that 0 to 10 feeling.
On The Smile Has Left Your Eyes Nov 9, 2018
Wow never imagine they keep the knife scene in the k-version, I found it inappropriate considering that the drama and characters are more light respect of j-version, Jin Kang’s oppa character is to good to go around stabbing people, they should have smooth this scene Like the car accident to be more consistent with the rest of the remake. I also think they added too much romance considering how the original ends. Don’t get me wrong, I like the k-drama but I can’t get why they switch on and off between their version and the original. or you do an identical remake or you go for your way. They created a very great melodrama that is not too heavy to watch but then they add here and there scenes from the original who is indeed extremely dark. It’s like eating meat with pasta. IMHO
(in Italy is forbidden eating meat and pasta together)

I am on episode 5 now...first 2 eps were awesome...i think the story is toning down a little bit and getting repetitive..…
Yes, the first 9 episode are all about them trying to catch park il do while they slove cases, even if it is repetitive I find it very interesting because the mystery around park il do give you suspance, while from ep. 10 the plot start to wrap things up and the plot focus more on the trio and park il do. I can only say that I liked the "procedural" cases better then what they are doing now.

I didn’t like episode 11 at all, after all that mystery and suspance, my hype for Park Il Do ‘s back story was huge and I was disappointed! Beside they act really dumb in this episode.

No, the spy plot is really bad, I liked the funny moments but the last two episode were really boring to me

I think opposite at your opinnion. It may have fallen into some clichés, but in scenes where a worn-out resource…
I liked your passion but to me is just a romantic drama and I didn’t see or feel all the details you are exposing. I watch romance when I want to relax myself and stop overthinking, something to distract myself from my daily life.
If I want to do a super analyze as you did I read a Shakespeare book. I remain of my opinion, the plot of this drama is nothing special and a few peculiar choise made by the writer will not change the main topic.
