I really enjoyed the first episode! This wasn't on my list of urgent things to watch but I had some free time today so I started it casually because initially I worried that the acting might be over the top and would make it seem like they're making fun of feminine men but I'm glad I gave it a chance and I was wrong. Nut plays this character so well he is so full of charisma I loved seeing him as a diva he really embodied the role. The plot is super interesting and keeps you glued. *sidenote* EVERYBODY IS HOT !

F***ing H*** on episode 20, what are they doing to the poor man. Paying for his therapy wouldn't even cut it now
That’s where everything goes from good to amazing in the drama!

At first I didn’t like ML wasn’t sure if I’d continue but after what FL put him through I felt sorry for him. I’m glad they talked it out. That was some good acting from the ML when he kicked the 2 ladies out the house. I felt the anger, pain, and humiliation. Everyone is doing well. This drama is soooo good. I’ve laughed a lot, got angry, felt so many butterflies and got teary eyed on the episode with the old people. It’s a drama that gets better and better with each episode. It’s a slow burn but it’s sooo worth it. The 2 couples are adorable 🥰 I can’t wait for the bracelet to disappear.. I’m pretty sure it’s acting up because Su Cheng Cheng has found some confidence and feels less insecure but I’m sure she’ll soon realize how special she is.

I’m mad we didn’t get a full episode of Sei and Hagiwara in a relationship 🥹🥲 I’m not sure I’m satisfied with the Fujisawa part. We didn’t address the assault. It would have been nice to hear Sei speak about how Fuji hurt his feelings after reflecting on the incident for a few days. It felt more like a free therapy session for Fuji. I wish we had an hour it was too short of an ending. I really enjoyed the drama.

I really enjoy this show. The cinematography is done so well. I like how we get to see more of Thailand and the hustle and bustle of the city. I like how their spaces feel so lived in. That’s definitely a gen z room lol. I enjoy that even though I’m an older millennial I can relate so well to the feelings of first love from this show. Teenage love can be so messy especially queer teenage love. Sometimes you’ll accept any arrangement as long as you get to spend more time with them. I found myself in a situationship too at that age so it’s kind of funny and relatable. They’re some good actors because there are a lot of no dialogue scenes but the different actions and mannerisms are so good and it’s not awkward at all. I would advise that if you’re looking for a fluffy BL where everyone is happy don’t bother watching. This is a messy BL and will continue to be messy.

You summed up everything I think of Fujisawa! From the situation with the TV and Fuji's supposed "kindness" by…
I love your response. I’m 50/50 about him being ace. I hope they make it painfully obvious in ep7 . I like the mystery though.

I think Sei and Hagiwara’s chemistry is more intense, but I can’t deny that Fuji and Sei also have great chemistry and could be paired up in their own drama as main leads.

It would be nice if we got a second season exploring the dynamic between Fuji and Sei from the beginning and make it into a psychological thriller type of drama. I think they would nail it. They should call it something like ‘Rain disguised as Sunshine’ idk I’m bad at naming stuff lol but you understand the intention of the name.

The writing in this story is amazing. I enjoy how human the characters are. After watching the sixth episode I’ve realized that Fujisawa’s character has been controlling from the start.

He intentionally approached Sei and made Sei fully dependent on him. I might be reaching but it feels like he intentionally didn’t encourage Sei to meet with other people. We met Sei’s old friend and his reaction was pretty distant like yes he may not want to associate with anyone he knew before his parents death but the way the friend said that Fujisawa was Sei’s spokesperson made it seem like Fujisawa was possessive and Sei was fully dependent on him. So Fuji made sure to drill into Sei’s mind that ‘I’m all you need. Being with me is enough’ and pretty much isolated him.

Then we see the other hints of how emotionally dependant Sei was with Fuji. The way he does everything exactly how Sei wants. He sprays that perfume because Fuji won’t likes it, he doesn’t have a tv because Fuji won’t like it etc. I think Fuji also has OCD and everything has to be exact in his life. The way the shoes are positioned at the door. The white towels. Everything has to be in it’s exact place including Sei because to him Sei is just another possession he has control of so when Sei started acting differently he didn’t like it. Constantly asking where he was going, irritated whenever he talks about other people. I think he thought he had trained Sei to be his pet.

I think he withheld sex intentionally as a means of control. He seems a bit menacing like it was all a part of his plan. I do believe though that he’s never been interested in having sex with Sei we don’t really know why. I know it sounds confusing but (in my opinion) the best way I can put it is he’s interested in sex but not interested in Sei in that way. I’m not sure why I get a vibe that he isn’t asexual and is just a psycho idk I could be wrong.

Anyway he feels Sei slipping out of his control and what does Fuji do? First he tries to appease him by allowing Sei to have his way with some things. For example He buys the TV even though he doesn’t like tv’s and Sei has probably brought it up before but he refused before. Then He asked him to move to an even more isolating place where he can control him more. He also tries to scare him and send him a psychological warning. The way he pushed down on his toe even though he knew it would hurt was menacing and simultaneously used a gentle voice to gaslight poor Sei into making him think he’s overthinking was so sad. The scene where his mask drops and he loses composure was scary he just turned full abusive and punished him. Seing Sei’s scars the next day was sad and he was pretending to be okay. The fact that he didn’t immediately leave Fuji after that shows how dependent he is on Fuji he just can’t bring himself to leave. But Fuji knew Sei was going to overthink it so he used his crocodile tears and said he didn’t mean it but I think he definitely meant it and was just doing damage control.

I think that Kaori is Ace though she just doesn’t know/accept it probably because she has had initial interest in it then it just stops in all her relationships. It’s a spectrum and ace can look different for different people.

I also appreciate how Hagiwara just accepted that he can also sleep with men and isn’t ashamed of it. He’s brave. I really like his character and it’s good he took accountability for his actions and didn’t try lie or get back in a relationship with Kaori. It’s sad that we only have a few episodes I think Sei is such a layered character and I wish we had more time to explore him. Sei doesn’t even realize he deserves better.

As someone who was once kissed out of pity by a childhood friend I liked. I really hated what August did. It definitely feels like he led Day on the entire episode. Why would you kiss someone when you know you don’t want them. I can let go of the birthday party and the running and treating him in a more caring way but he really is trying to be the victim when he’s not. Day was willing to be friends and let go after August heard that Day likes him he shouldn’t have kissed him. How old is he 12 ?? He really have Day unnecessary hope only to satisfy himself and feel like a hero. He’s inherently selfish. He didn’t do it for Day he did it for himself and that’s the truth. Also I’m glad Mhok kissed him at the end. Was the timing kind of bad .. maybe but who ever knows what good timing is? Tomorrow Day will still be upset and the next day after that. All while believing no one on this planet will ever want him. But after Mhok kissed him and insinuated that not everyone treats him with pity it will definitely soften Day’s heart a bit and he won’t feel as miserable.

I don’t think Day was in love with August. I think Day had a crush on him and liked him some what but after he went blind Day became obsessed with the past. I think liking August brought him comfort and he didn’t want to step out of his comfort zone because once he does he has to completely let go of who he was in the past. So I think he liked the idea of staying the same and being the same means wanting the same things (August). I think he’s in denial and wants to carry on liking August even though we the audience see that he’s already fallen for Mhok but that’s a scary idea for him so he pretends he doesn’t notice it. Subconsciously he has already chosen Mhok. Like all the small things like when he gave Mhok his favourite scent. He’s pretty much saying you’re my favourite person and that’s lovely.

I’m glad we won’t see see Mhok sad for a while. I look forward to the rest of the show. They’re all doing a fantastic job !

I love them. I love this show. I think the pace is great because I really dislike any NC scenes or confessions right from ep1 because I feel like we need time to bond with the characters and care about their story. If you throw in all that in ep 1 very rarely will I care about this relationship lol I’ll be like ‘wait ..who are they again ?’ it’s nice to see but can I learn your name and see a bit of your relationship first 😂 I’m so scared that there’ll be angst in this fluffy story .. I won’t know what to do with myself!

To be honest, if this ends up being one of the "underrated" BLs, I'm gonna blame it on Vice Versa. That drama…
Yeah I get what you’re saying. Personally I liked Vice Versa but I can understand why some people didn’t. Hopefully this drama can revive them because it’s such a gem. I mean more people might pick it up. Lots of people didn’t like Enchanté but were willing to watch A boss and a babe for ForceBook so hopefully it turns out like that. I also think it’s the lack of advertising.. we barely see JimmySea interact outside of their promotions.

I’m CONVINCED that people hype up the wrong shows in BL. I am absolutely in love with this drama. Like why am I tearing up on ep 2 ??? The plot ..the drama .. the slow burn .. the cinematography.. the music .. the acting. I’m so impressed. I can’t wait for more. If you’re on the fence about watching it.. just do it and thank me later. I had to look for my password to give this drama a comment lol

What I have learned from these short dramas is the glasses guy is always the villain. Mr. nice guy or whatever. Anyway I liked the ending everyone needed time apart whether its through death or living away from each other for a period of time. The chemistry between the leads was great and I would love to see them on my screen again. I hope they got lots of exposure. I would also like to see villain guy again his acting was quite decent.

It was a good first episode . Nothing to complain about . It draws you in just enough to want to watch the next episode. I liked the mature feel of the episode and I also like how realistic their interaction is. They just met ..they are two strangers in a boss/employee type of situation they obviously don’t like eachother yet . Nueng is still grieving and has trust issues because no one seems to genuinely care about him so he’s used to solitude so I’m sure it’ll take him some time to warm up to Palm . Palm on the other hand is fond of Nueng not romantically you can tell he wants to be closer and is just very afraid to cross the line because he’s an employee but the chemistry is nice. Excited to see where this will go because it’s quite different from their last drama . I don’t believe we should judge dramas based on the first episode especially GMMTV usually has slow starting dramas that get better and better each episode. But this was a solid start .

I absolutely loved this drama but I find it strange that people are painting Soo ho as some sort of a saint who hasn’t done or said anything bad 👀 he was a pretty crappy person tbh ..his only redeemable quality was being a decent friend to Shi eun and a hard worker . Lol he was basically a different kind of bully with a hero complex of some sort. He kinda neglected Beom Seok as a friend and discarded him completely when Beom Seok didn’t fit his idea of what a friend should be he threatened his friend who was clearly having a breakdown . Like I’m rewatching and Soo ho didn’t actually try to figure out what was wrong with his friend until Shi eun worried about him. I’m not say Beom Seok was right to do that stuff he absolutely wasn’t and deserves the worst out of life but I just found it strange how more people aren’t talking about how complex these characters are . The actors did a very good job of portraying these troubled teens.

I’d be interested to see which story people prefered! because I was way more obsessed with Payu/Rains story,…
I would say in terms of chemistry and romance Payu/Rain definitely set the bar high and honestly I preferred them because they seemed more real and the acting was a little bit better I honestly felt like they were in love . The Sky/Prapai storyline had more depth though and more things going on but they just didn’t seem to connect romantically for me idk why. The last episode was decent because of the story but I still don’t really feel the chemistry between them. Like I liked their acting this episode special shout-out to Fort because we literally watched him improve as the episodes went he seemed a little lost at first but hopefully as the four of them get more experience their acting will improve . Fort/Peat is one of those ships that you kinda like but don’t really mind if they got new partners. Whereas I think I might actually be upset if we don’t get atleast one more drama with Boss/Noeul together.

I actually really enjoyed this last episode. Not gonna lie the Sky x Prapai episodes before this seemed a little bit stiff . Might be the directors/productions fault because it felt a little bit awkward in some parts and the camera angles were weird etc. But everyone acted really well in this last episode even the villain. It was painful to watch I really felt upset for Sky . I was quite impressed by the delivery but I do think each couple should have had their own show because it was a bit rushed . I would have loved to see that b*stard Gun being tortured 🙄😪 he is the scummiest scum to ever walk this earth and deserves nothing but misery 🙃😡😡

Okay but Thua sitting there and acting all self righteous after he threw Akk under the bus and Thua saying he’s prepared to be responsible for his own actions way after the event sounded like a load of bullsh*t . It didn’t seem genuine because if he truly felt that way he would have come clean about his own actions IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE SCHOOL instead of just mentioning that Akk was behind the curse. I mean since he wanted everyone to just be ‘truthful’ but no he failed to mention his part when he was addressing the entire school and that bugs me. He just confesses in front of the small group of friends leaving Akk to be a bigger villain than he should be because those other students don’t know about him. Heck Thua , Akk and Namo were all involved omg . See I’m all for dramatic justice it didn’t really bother me when he spoke about Akk being behind the curse because I mean the truth does need to come out and what Akk did was bad but he should also hold himself accountable in front of the school like he did Akk but he hid it. I hated how he outed his own friends it’s unforgivable. And it was heartbreaking to see how he used to hide his feelings for Khan and he was literally bullied for being gay so Thua out of everyone should know what it’s like when you’re out of the closet. He had no right to push Akk and Aye out of the closet they would have done it on their own when they were ready . That was a low blow . Meanwhile he hid his secret relationship with his own boyfriend to protect his boyfriend . Hypocrite

Wow I avoided watching this for hours after reading the comments from here only to watch it and find out people on MDL are big haters . It was a good first episode . The OST and production are pretty . Not for the weak hearted but it was expected . Also why is every show nowadays with a super rich male lead compared to Kinn Porsche like pls 😩 working in the entertainment industry doesn’t make you part of the mafia . I am tired. Also people who are only complaining about one of the main characters are crazy. Did they not see the other guy drug him ? He had a whole wall of toys he was gonna use on him to do God knows what. This was literally the consequences of his own actions. They’re two terrible people who will fall in love I guess. Look forward to the next episode. I prefer it like this drama when both main characters are toxic and bad guys I think that’s the only way I can digest toxic shows because it sucks when one of them is far too innocent then I just end up feeling bad for them all the time.
