It was decent overall. There were some sweet, charming moments that I appreciated, but nothing that really stood out or left a lasting impression.

Not the author straight-up calling Fan a lunatic. He really is completely unhinged.

I know the episodes in this series are on the shorter side, but for some reason episode 5 felt extra short. I watched it and thought, ‘Wait… that’s it? I need more!' 😔

So ridiculous that it instantly makes me think of that ‘what the hell is even that’ meme.

I've put this on hold for a couple of years... the first episode didn’t really grab me. But I’m picking it up again because I’m terrible at leaving a series unfinished once I’ve started it. Let’s see if I actually make it through it this time.

I think I made it through about four episodes before I had to drop the series. Luckily, I spotted Freshkicks account in the comments, they’d uploaded an edit that focuses only on Rain and Payu. I ended up watching that version instead and actually finished it. If the main couple isn’t your thing, you can watch that cut and still follow the overall story without missing anything important.

Just a heads-up, you might be frustrated with Jiwoo for a while. I know I did, and I ended up crying a lot because of Seojun. But their love really does shine through in the end.

You really should give it a watch. Season 2 is definitely heavier and more emotionally charged, but it also adds a lot more depth to the story and the characters. I became more invested and attached to them. And don’t worry, despite the intensity, it still wraps up with a satisfying, happy ending.

Just spotted it on Netflix... a perfect excuse for a rewatch. It made me realize how much I miss seeing Song Hye-kyo in romantic comedies. She has such great comedic timing and can genuinely pull off the funny, lighthearted roles. I really hope she signs on for another comedy or romcom soon.

Same here. This drama had me so completely hooked that I actually ended up writing my first-ever review on MDL because of it. I’ve never been that invested in a drama or series before.

I last saw him in The Secret Life of My Secretary, and he looks quite different. It’s probably just the camera angle or the way he was styled, but it definitely caught me off guard.

Because a big part of the appeal in many BL stories is the fantasy that a male character who previously identified as straight, or never showed interest in anyone before, falls in love only with that *one* specific guy. That exclusivity is central to the emotional draw for a lot of fans. I think adding a thruple or any kind of poly relationship structure won’t resonate with the core audience as it shifts the focus away from that one-to-one, “he’s the only one for me” dynamic that many audience are looking for.

The opening episode was a letdown. We'll see how it goes.
