Some parts dragged a bit but over all I loved it. The characters and their relationships were so complex and interesting! I also love nuanced take on cosmetic surgery, not just a black and white message.

Exactly, not excusing his action just explaining why people sympathize with him. He's not a good person, but not to blame for everything. He's complex and tragic.

I think he's a sympathetic villain. It's not meant to justify or excuse his actions, only explain them. It shows how such a horrifying childhood can create pure evil.
I am not a Ryu Si Oh glazer, obviously the actor is handsome but I am not attracted to him so I'm not blinded by the looks either. Like I said I don't think the tragic past excuses everything but I can still sympathize with the poor child he once was, he's a tragic character that was wronged. We can have a nuanced discussion about this and actually I encourage nuanced and empathetic discussions because despite the supernatural aspects of the superpowers, his story is believable and can happen to real children tbh

I think it has a beautiful message in the end which will resonate strongly with religious queer people (specifically christians, believers of other abrahamic religions or part of a culture that perpatuates heteronormativity while homosexuality is seen as sin or "other") and definitely love a lot of aspects, love the acting, ost and concept of the story, high quality production and some nice details for visual storytelling, however I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Idk this just didn't hit as hard as it could've. A bit boring at times but over all decent show. It's good that they kept it at 6 ep instead of dragging it out. 5/10 for me.

Absolute perfection, consistent quality writing and characterization. This show doesn't try to be too many things at once and that's why it's so phenomenal despite the simple (and not groundbreaking) plot. At first the premise sounds like Bad Buddy's reheated nachos but honestly dare I say it is way better than Bad Buddy.

man I hate the dads..it's so abusive to force them to compete, especially to then dangle the overseas studies as a reward in front of him..
tbf I'm only at ep 4 so idk any of the 2 dads' history yet but still...the dad is doing this for his ego at the expense of his son's future and his wife's and his own job, their livelihood....

I would say it's pretty consistently about the Demons and a little bit about the political sub plot.

Ok so from my understanding and own research Yaoi is kind of an outdated term in western anime and manga spaces, while in japan like I mentioned people tend to use the word BL for everything. Shounen ai was so confusing to me as a japanese person because it is a literal translation of BL/Boys Love. But it seems (at least in the west or outside of japan) some people still categorize shounen ai and yaoi as separate things, the defining aspects being the inclusion or the lack of sex scenes. I'm not sure what you mean by shounen-ai. As a japanese person it sounds like the same meaning as BL aka boys love, shounen=boys ai=love. Can you elaborate?
I mostly grew up outside of japan but at that time I wasn't really deep in the western terminology for mlm categories and now I live in jp. I only know people in the west call sexually explicit stories yaoi and not sexually explicit stories bl especially in manga. In japan everything with 2 guys is BL though, western stories like Heartstopper too and we don't differentiate between sexual and nonsexual stories. I've heard the term shounen ai but never understood the difference from BL and I've never heard anyone in Japan use the word.

I thought the same thing, I was confused why her sentence was "extended" when the sentence is invalid anyways. I thought the authorities recognized at that point that Claire was wrongfully convicted and wasn't supposed to be there in the first place? I thought they were working on getting her out asap and promised compensation for locking up an innocent person?
Without that plot hole and the time skip it would've been 10/10 for me, seriously what was the point of the time skip? Sometimes a skip makes narrative sense and helps tell a story but I hate how often series end with a last minute skip that wasn't necessary. It's lazy

The TutorYim ship and Nunew's singing career are the only good things that came out of this piece of garbage. Why the hell did they normalize arranged child marriage and abusive control freak fiance?? So glad these obviously talented actors got better opportunities with projects like The Next Prince cuz wth was this

I agree, everyone is telling her to "pick a side" basically that she doesn't even have time to consider bisexuality. No wonder she's confused about liking a girl when she has only dated guys before and everyone telling her she must be either straight or lesbian. Even Praew can be a bit pushy about coming out since she is the "idgaf what others say" type but I think in the recent episode Min explained herself well how she WANTS to be open but can't and Praew is starting to have a new perspective about Min's situation

This is so underrated wth! The story was well written and emotional, the pacing was just right, the couple is so good together and the last 2 episodes had me in tears for 80 minutes straight....10/10!!!

I think it's not acting, it's just the positioning of the camera or it may be her eyes. Sometimes Film's eyes look like they're staring into the void despite looking straight at a person, some people's eyes look like that from certain angles due to eyeshape, iris shape or even the direction of their gaze. There are more actors who sometimes look like their gaze is 'missing' the target or like they're looking right through someone (2 examples I sometimes notice are both Joong and Dunk). I think that's the case, not necessarily leftover method acting from a blind role.

From what I understand, they were dating during Prim and Bambi's breakup period because that friend of Zee said Bambi and Zee fought cause Bambi can't get over her ex (Prim).
