I keep crossing my fingers hoping they'd show at least a bit of depth towards Hao Ming's POV, like what actually made him the man Xu Yan first met. The Hao Ming hate has been driving me crazy..... ( lol I get it ) because from Xu Yan's side it looks so bad you honestly don't want her to ever go back. But then I'm also like, okay!!😑!!.…. it's a drama and the synopsis already said it's about them rediscovering each other and themselves together, so I'm just waiting for that part to kick in. And lowkey still team them being together

Totally agree with you. The FL's feelings came out of nowhere and that ending was pure chaos.
Tbh this should've been 16 eps instead of 12.....the pacing was way too fast and nothing had time to build, especially the romance. I would've taken a bittersweet ending over whatever that was.
And yeah 😂..... a good MIL and stepson do make the d*bag husband trope hit differently and I'm here for it.
