Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
This drama was...disappointing to say the least. I was excited to see Reba again and what made me even happier is that she was strong in this like she was in TLB. However, the pacing absolutely destroyed this drama. It doesn't truly pick up until about half-way and towards the end of the drama there is an insane amount of dramatic efforts to prolong it to 39 episodes that was seriously making me want to fast forward.

While I enjoyed the strong female characters and the fighting scenes, it is an 'okay' drama that could've been better in terms of story + execution.

I believe about episode 21.

Title Hidden Love Spoiler
At first I couldn’t understand how this could be rated above an 8 with such a simple coming of age, romance plot. But now, I’ve seen the light after getting deep into the show. It’s the little things I enjoy about this show, Sang Zhi quickly reading the situation and splashing the water on the girl that splashed the water on Jiaxu, paying her respects to his mother’s potrait in his apartment, Sang Zhi’s undying love for Jiaxu is just astounding. Jiaxu’s care and consderation for her is beautiful as well and I appreciate that feelings didn’t develop for him until after she was an adult. Highly recommend!

Did I miss something while watching or did that completely miss Xiao Wei explaining to her servants that she’s from the future? (in episode 34, they aren’t even shocked that she’s not the original Ming Wei)Also, did I miss when 13th prince recovered from his leg injury? From episode 33 to 34 he went from using the cane to completely being able to walk?

Either there are some serious inconsistencies with the plot or I’m not interested enough and I’m missing some dialogue. I wanted to love this drama but it dragged and the plot was inconsistent.
On She and Her Perfect Husband Apr 6, 2023
This drama was really enjoyable to watch. I loved Qin Shi's tenacity toward her career and her outfits were simply to die for! I enjoyed watching XK and YM's characters, I felt like they were the power duo that I need in my romance dramas. That being said, I wanted more from the ending to the story, which fell severely flat to me and I didn't love the secondary characters/side couple.

Wow I didn't realise there was a guide for Rainie Yang, it is so well written and it's definitely helpful if we…
Thank you Dounie! I’ve finally written it after years of just thinking about it :)

I’m glad you enjoy Rainie’s music & thanks for checking the article out <3

Title Reset Spoiler
This drama was so good, I couldn't stop watching. I do have two questions that I'm not sure if I missed or if they didn't explain.

- Why was He Yun's health getting worser as the time loops went along compared to Shi Qing? Was it because he wasn't meant to be in the loop?
- Why didn't Lu Di get into the time loop?

"well, she didn't want to be that badass assassin anymore," is such a weird statement for me. Do people assume…
Couldn't agree more with both of your comments. Cho Yeong shouldn't have been reduced to the level of sidekick or damsel in distress, especially at the level of power we knew her to be.
Jeana Jan 9, 2023
Honestly it's really refreshing to see this perspective. I was discussing this with my friends when watching the final episode and expressing that I was unsatisfied with the ending because it felt like the Naksu we knew never returned. My friends were just like "well, she didn't want to be that badass assassin anymore," and that honestly sucks for the fans who were sticking around for the strong female lead and instead got an entirely new character. It doesn't hit the same.

You've also got a follow from me because I love the honest review. 😂

SO many great lines!! Historical dramas always have a way of making everything so profound and deep 😭Call me…
I totally get you, while AOL was an interesting drama, from what I remember about AOL, I didn't rate it too high (7/10) because of Run Yu's character. 😅 He was a bit too overbearing + obsessive for my liking and that made it very hard for me to sympathize with him as a character.

I do appreciate Ellie's view on the drama though! To me, It's always interesting to see another side to the same story.

Also thanks for reading <3 UTP was one of my absolute favorites, I absolutely had to mention that drama as one of my favorite lines and I'm still missing LBFD dearly as well! 😪

I feel as though there’s always that one actress who’s really popular (or WAS at one point) and you choose…
Tell me about it, I wish I could watch all of her dramas but unfortunately many are missing or without subtitles 😢

It’s a shame because at one point, Taiwanese dramas were all I was watching.

Though users are saying they stopped watching taiwanese dramas I am still a big fan of them. They obviously don't…
I totally agree with you! Taiwanese dramas will always be near and dear to my heart especially the romance ones because they just feel so real and raw.

Thanks to Rainie I was able to have this appreciation, so thank you for the support!
