I rarely watch this type of drama, and I almost made a marathon, this is how impressive this drama is. Deserves a higher rating here

The rating for me is 9, I liked the whole drama, but i felt the last part was too rushed. Seems that they cut some things. but overall, was a great experience, the acting was really good. I believe that is a consensus that the villain played by Zhang Song Wen is the main highlight of the drama. I really recommend this drama

I also believe there is someone else behind the scenes, Lord Chi is very psychotic and, although smart, I don't believe he planned all of this. Aside from the lack of a better explanation of how he got so much power even though he was an unfavored prince, we know that a part of this influence comes from his mother's martial brothers relationship with the Qing Yang, but more things need to be worked out.

It was said that the former chief of the Eunuchs used the scroll of succession to create turmoil, but how did things come to the point of Lord Langya's execution? It seems like a very quick progression. He probably had the support of several other powerful people, but who exactly? At what level?

Now some comments about the episodes, unlike some people I like when the martial world merges with political intrigues or disputes, when well done it's very interesting to watch. I believe that despite being simpler than the highly politically based historical dramas, the setup was well done in the drama. we will have a revolt, various opposing forces colliding and even factions with similar goals but divergent methods (xiao se vs general ye). I expect great action sequences and that these fights don't bring firearms, as happened in another drama.

many people here being disgusting and misogynistic towards the female lead making various comments and one of these people came to say that I cannot defend the actress and even offended me directly. It can only be a joke.
