actually not, this a second part of a drama. people was suspicious if this would mantain the quality of the previous season, but this drama seems to got better

I hope see him more on historical dramas and maybe a xianxia in the future

I'm not a fan of romance in this. But I really like the bussines/power struggle part and I liked to see more of female lead as a prosecutor.

You are right. if wasnt the messy ending this drama would be worth 9.0 or more. But I think 8.5 is a perfect note, I enjoyed a lot the acting of the main characters, especially the acting of Gala Zhang
