The dramas were great, I think OAO storyline could be a little bit better but it’s ok, we got a lot of focus on the couple right from the start. No third wheel and no misunderstanding so it’s great they got together right away. Wish ML’s character was a little affectionate though, I know Allen doesn’t do kiss scene but I think we need more of him hugging her scenes. Doesn’t need to have kiss scenes to make a drama great. I wish he was able to remember his past life with her too to tie the sequel to the prequel because aside from the few association to the past from FL’s side, it’s as if the drama is it’s a sequel. The beginning was kind of slow in the relationship development but I’m glad it picked up towards the end. Bai’s acting is great, I love her as an actress, she’s consistent and solid with her acting. Allen’s acting in OAO was ok, he was much better in FAE. You can see his character love her so much in FAE without all the skinship. I think he does extremely great in ancient drama but his modern ones lack a little in the chemistry part. Could be the directing or acting, I don’t know. All in all, I enjoyed watching both dramas. They are both my favorite actress and actor so I know they won’t disappoint us. Just wish OAO’s storyline was a little bit more exciting, LOL.

So I’m going to be most hated on this page but I have to say this: Allen is ruining this series by not doing…
I agree too. I like watching him more in historical dramas because less romantic scenes and more actions so he’s very good at that. However, modern romance dramas, he doesn’t do very well in them partly because his acting comes off with this like wall around him like don’t touch me kind of feeling. I watched the Miss Crow drama and I was like okkkkkkkk. Then I started watching this drama and I’m like, no, this isn’t going to work. I have seen Bai and she’s an awesome actress. Watching this drama, I’m only watching for the storyline and because I like both the FL and ML as actors, but the romance is not as great. This drama is two part, the sequel should be romantic to be worthy of their prequel. One thing I don’t like about Allen’s modern dramas are that when there is a suppose “kiss scene”, then there is a distraction or interruption because he doesn’t do those scenes. And yes, I agree, his actresses should not have to kiss someone who isn’t the ML just cause he doesn’t want to. If that’s that case, I agree that he needs to not do romantic dramas where intimate scenes are needed. Not hating on him, I love him as an actor.

Title Our Secret
My 'our secret' journey ends here but I will definitely miss all of them. I like everything about this show. It…
I agree too, I love that the story made him a good guy deserving of her love right from the start. I hate watching dramas where the guy is a jerk at the beginning, I’m like why would you like that kind of guy??? Lol. Gosh they both are so cute together, I felt like they were crushing on each other in this drama, like it’s such realistic acting!!!!! I hope they date in real life 😅

Title Our Secret
Love this drama so much!!! Such innocent and pure love, something I’m sure all of us girls imagine and dreamt about during our high school days: a handsome and smart guy to sweep us off our feet. What I love about this drama is that the ML isn’t an arrogant jerk who ignore the FL, as of the typical school related dramas. I love that they both started off with some flirting that eventually lead to love later. Yeah, we didn’t get much action 2/3 of the drama but it’s ok because they were suppose to be 17 and innocent. What I didn’t like about the drama was that it was too short, I felt the pacing from episode 21-24 was kind of rush to end. I wish they would have extended it out to maybe 30 episodes, let us see how they both grow up with their individual careers and education. We didn’t even find out how the whole situation with the father resolved, we know he was tricked but it like kind of ended with the parents coming home. There was so much focus on the father’s situation playing a role in ML’s decisions that I felt it should have concluded better. Also, senior Su…..awww he was so handsome. I wish they would have given him a better storyline towards the end. Regardless, this drama was a great one. One of the best high school/childhood love story so far. Didn’t have to deal with annoying second leads or anything typical of high school dramas.
