did they stop filming this drama or something? I want to know if their way of storytelling is purposefully choppy…
it's the director's intention, because from what I read - a lot of drama watchers were so TENSE at XuYan's lies almost getting exposed. What you see is just the surface and what XuYan experiences, but we sense something is missing......BUT XUYAN doesnt know what's wrong yet , so this gives us the viewers a heightened experience waiting for her glass floor to crumble. When you get to episode 14 - this will resolve your doubts and fill in the blanks that you're feeling.
Is this zhao lusi's last series or is she booked for more dramas? . Read somewhere she quit industry..is it true..?..…
this was filmed 4-6 months before her collapse. She says she has gotten new scripts but she will not do any because she is still recovering. She's also currently fighting her agency and they blocked good resources that comes her way, producers or directors who want her to join team or variety shows is blocked by her agency. At this stage I think she doesn't accept anything because her agency will take 75% cut from whatever she does.
I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy this drama, but it just keeps getting better! We’re only at episode 14 with…
Oh no Lusi is very careful in the scripts she chose in recent years, her characters dont turn dumb, always smart and independent and never rely on men.
