With the rate at which GMMTV is signing new actors, I don't see things getting better. They'll need to do more dramas to accommodate the new actors, and maybe announcing new projects is their way of keeping fans looking forward to something
The GL storyline with Bahmee was just a bad idea. I'm they didn't go through with it. I think I have said this in a previous comment but they should've paired Judy with Pie; that way, we could get a good GL story without all the negativity that Bahmee's "cheating" thingy brought. Then maybe have her and Tae either work out their issues for a happy ending or break up and focus their story on the struggles of moving on from someone you're so used to loving. If they were to have a happy ending, it should have happened in the last episode after we see them try to become better, you know, some sort of character development. On Judy, I'm happy this love didn't work for her, she deserves someone better (though we haven't forgotten that she kissed back someone she very well knew was in a relationship - and vulnerable at that time.) Now to the main problem, OffGun. We need to call out GMMTV for deceptive marketing or something like that. They made us believe that OffGun were the main characters only to have them play support roles. Like they don't even have a storyline at this point, just flirting and smiling. Like c'mon!!! Hopefully, we will get more of JaneRyan now that the cheater and her confusion story is over. I really don't want to see Bahmee and her annoying love life again really
Choose your pick ( none of those are mine, just what I saw in the comments here):1. A guitar.2. No step-brothers.3.…
Honestly, none of these reasons seem too strong. Maybe the age gap? But fans act like people in college don't date, while it's actually the age when everyone is experimenting with stuff.
Why are the ratings so low here? I think it's decent drama so far. My only criticism is they should've used a younger version of Neil in the scene where they met for the first time or styled him in a way that makes him look younger. Otherwise, it looks like he has been 28 years old for the past decade or so while Sea grew lol
I have never liked Bamhee's character right from the beginning. At first, she was just too lazy for my liking, and her work ethic was as bad as it can get. Now she's a cheater and for some reason I'm supposed to find her new love story "cute" because it's GL? I know we asked for more gl representation, but I don't think this is what we need. But I have to acknowledge something, her feelings are very valid. I think if I was in her shoes I'd burn out from feeling neglected, like I'm doing so much for someone who's putting little to no effort. But I'd never cheat.
Now, why do they make it look like Ryan/Jane are the supporting characters here? It's like they used OffGun to sell this drama and went ahead and gave them very little screen time together. Anyway, I hope to see more of them in the next couple episodes.
Right? Like they could've paired Judy with Pie for the GL storyline, both single and no cheating drama. Then have BM/Tae figure out their communication problems in another way
Look, cheating in any capacity is a trigger for me. I'm only still continuing this series because I love OffGun.…
I have been thinking about skipping any Bamhee/Judy scenes from now on because I really don't like cheating storylines. And it'll be worse if the writers try to create a cute love story with them because I just can't let go the cheating
So I finally got the time to watch this. But if they k!ll off that manager woman I'll riot (I'm not done yet but she's showing signs similar to Jiwon's previous condition). She has a 5-year old and a dead beat hubby, I can't imagine them taking her away. I have no connection with the ML at all, not sure why, but I really prefer her first love over him. So I wouldn't mind if he takes her fate and d!es at the end but it can't be that manager pls. Also, I'm trying my best to avoid spoilers
Let's talk Sumin, I have been thinking that it'd have been so great if she actually loved Jiwon as she said. Like I really wished they were actual best friends and then, when watching ep10 I realized SHE IS the story. This drama is nothing without her toxic, manipulating personality haha Like watching the ML and FL scenes was so boring....but maybe it's just me lol
That’s a smart move…I read the book and couldn’t resist the temptation and started to binge watch it after…
I remember his brother looked like the only family member who wasn't super messed up. Very likable. The mom also became a favorite after bonding with Joe.
Oh yeah, Ming was a whole baby in the book, which, to some extent, makes his behaviors tolerable. Plus, OG Joe was his first real love. Combine that with his kid, arrogant personality. I guess we can allow him to mess up a couple things.
It's a really beautiful story with some complicated characters. I had a love/hate relationship with Ming. Definitely looking forward to watching the drama!

He was already a very minor character in the book too, until the final chapters when he helps Ming with his relationship problems. Do you mean in the drama they cut him even more?
I'm usually an emotional mess so watching all eps together is the best option. I know I'll cry my heart out so the plan is to just binge-watch the entire thing one day.

I'm trying my best to wait until the last ep. I hate waiting so every time I feel the urge to watch it, I just go back to the book and read some of my favorite chapters lol
Because where’d you find anyone as gorgeous as he is? You might as well not even try.
Then they should have had him play the Joe character, while Poom played Ming character. According to the book, Ming is supposed to be extremely pretty, while Joe should be ordinary. To be specific, the book says there was nothing "unique" about his looks (even in his second body lol), only his big heart and friendly/warm personality. I'm not saying Up ain't pretty but I think Poom's strong face card overshadows his, while he's the one supposed to be the most good-looking character in the drama
I'm waiting for the entire drama to come out, though I've read the book a couple times. But can someone tell me if Poom plays both Joe characters or do they change him after the accident?
This roody poo couldn’t get a drama for the past 3 years with her previous agency, what is gonna change just…
How sure are you that she didn't get any offers? Maybe she just decided to take a break? You can hate her but can't change the fact that she's a good actress. I'm one of the thousands of people out here who'll be watching whatever she will be in in the future
I watched this because the 2nd couple was all over my YT recommendations, but now I don't understand why people liked them that much. Joo Ha was a bully. He bullied his love interest, bullied both MLs. I understand his reaction after the kiss and confession, but nothing can excuse his other behaviors. In my opinion, he didn't deserve a happy ending. I'm glad we didn't really see much of him, even though he changed after realizing his feelings for Doyoon. And Doyoon falling for his bully and constantly protecting him every time he hurt him? wow
The ML literally SA'ed his BF-to-be, and then the following day, he was forgiven and in a relationship. Like for real? And the breakup - the overused "I'm doing this for you" trope. Boy c'mon, your BF is still struggling with losing his brother, and you're doing the same thing to him. Just when he started getting better and getting off the meds. The ending felt rushed. I think they needed another episode to wrap things up.
Anyway, the acting was great, and the actors' visuals made it tolerable.

End of my today's rant lol

We shouldn't glamorize bullying and aggressive behaviors for whatever reason. If you think that's wholesome, then I don't know what to say about you.
