As someone who watches a lot of BLs, I love how this show felt unique and not one of those overused plots. A solid 8/10 for me. I delayed watching it because I was afraid Fan Xiao would be too much of a red flag for my liking, but ended up enjoying it. I like how I went from finding him hot, liking him, hating him (for a long time), understanding him, to somehow hoping he gets his happy ending.

I just had one 🤏 complain, giving us 8 episodes of chasing and dating, followed by 7 episodes of conflict and pain, and like 2 minutes of happy ending 😭 felt like a waste of a good storyline. The conflict started way too early and dragged for so long it got a bit boring for me. Wish we got 1-2 episodes of them working through their problems after getting back together, but I guess we'll probably get a bit of that in the special episode.

Overall a good watch.

Right? He should be getting at least a drama every year. He can pull the numbers, and that boy is pure talent.
They just need to get him a better script and market him properly. He is more than a cute face!

I'm actually surprised to see that he has only had 2 main roles since 2022. And he doesn't event have any upcoming dramas for 2025. What is Mame and the team doing wasting such a young talent?

The only positive side is he does a very good job with these cute characters too. That guy's duality is crazy.

But, hopefully we will see him play different characters in future.

Honestly, it's not as terrible as some people are making it to be. I think it was an okay plot but Mame somehow struggled to show that Cirr's lie wasn't exactly a lie. The parallel world existed, but Cirr wasn't sure if it was just a dream. Eps 1-8 were honestly okay, Eps 9-10 were rushed and so many things were left unsolved.
The only thing I didn't like was the mother's story. That didn't get the closure we all would have wanted.

I came across his IG the other day and I was surprised by how different he is from his characters. Just a single look at his posts, and you can tell how much he loves hip hop, and that vibe he gives is so...wow...
I wish they could give him a character that matches his real-life persona someday

Yeah, I wish that happened too. But I also understand why he felt the way he did, he came into Nueng's life as his "protector." His father didn't miss a chance to remind him that protecting that boy was his responsibility. I feel like even after they became boyfriends, a part of him thought he needed to always be strong. So, waking up in a hospital and realizing he couldn't do that must have been difficult to come to terms with.

But I too wish he had allowed Nueng to take care of him and go through it together.

I feel like they missed the part where they were supposed to show us North falling in love with Jo. He went from "He's too much" to "I don't know how I feel" to "I miss him so much" to "I love you, will always be here" super fast. Other than that, I loved their relationship better than Hill and Ter

I knew this boy was tall, but damn! The way he has to bend every time to reach his bf was so cute and funny😭
Anyway, that was a cute ep before we start dealing with problems next ep

The worst part is that he isn't dealing with the fiancée in any way. His reaction after realizing she reached out to the guy he loves and caused a misunderstanding, was so underwhelming.

They were probably trying out the Chinese format for vertical/mobile-friendly dramas. They've become quite popular recently

I stopped watching this because I guessed it'd have a sad ending like any other Chinese bl....I'm still not sure if I should pick it up again because most of the comments are talking about a disappointing ending. Can anyone spoil the ending for me? I don't mind spoilers at all

Probably because they're trying to make it a long drama. It looks like a story that can be told in 6 episodes not the 13 they're forcing it to be

I don't understand why this bl has such low ratings. It's a decent drama. We have honestly seen way worse than this. The only thing lacking was physical intimacy. So if you don't mind this, just give it a chance

So I finally watched this after seeing it in almost everyone's list of favorite bls of all time and I really don't know how to feel. The first episodes are awesome, and then it starts feeling so repetitive, like it's the same thing every episode. I was looking forward to the second couple's story, but it ended up being the same. I had so much trouble getting through each episode, especially from episode 9.

It's not like the worst bl, just an okay one. I guess I had very high expectations because I saw the ratings and I'm watching it quite late after watching so many edits that made it look like the drama of the year lol
Good thing, everyone is just so pretty and the chemistry is there. So you just think of their handsome faces to get through the torture 😅
Overall, it's one of those Thai bls you wish were produced the Korean/Japanese way, i.e., 8-10 episodes, 20 minutes each
