I don't know. Ever since I saw the trailer, it just felt so similar to The Heart Killers story. In THK, it was the good guys who fell in love with the bad guys while pretending to love them. In this series, it seems like the bad guys are the ones who fall in love deeply with the good guys. And there are two couples in both the shows. I just think the story of My Romance Scammer was highly inspired by THK. Need to check out the whole series when it comes out to see what differs it from THK.
