Mystic Nine gang existed for longest time.. Wu Lau was quite old in the Mystic Nine S1 show. It was a fantastic show albeit lots of repetitive scenes..

The Mystic nine gang is in republican era. Curious how these guys connect with the Archives. Xiao Ge is perpetually there like the 2 guys’ lady mentor 😛Likely Wu Xie and Fatty would be in last few episodes

J just checked the cast list. Yep, Han Dong is Zhang Qi Shan aka Fo Ye😆… Some of the Mystic nine characters are in this show as well.. Looking forward to those connections
