I am late for the party, my friend ! Wow, such an underrated show😍 At ep 8 and my mouth dropped to the ground at the end of that episode as i didn’t expect the great twist!
I don’t think it’s necessary/ important unless you are interested to learn more about the love affairs of Er Ye and Fo Ye. Fo Ye and wifey moments are fabulous and fun! In S1, the drama showed notorious Chen Pi and how he became a M9 member. Some fun moments with Fo Ye, 9 Ye, Lt Zhang ( the other Lt who has a beautiful body tattoo!😝) and 8 Ye too. But S1 had lots of fillers so it can bore watchers for the 1st time!
How is this drama because I am searching for the adventures of archeology type genre like the lost tomb, archives…
Unlike Nanyang archives and the daomubijin series, this is a serious dry drama on archaeology and tomb raiding as well as the happenings after they raided the tombs… Their adventures are more factual and educational to me. Pretty interesting if you like archaeology drama types.
