Totally agree. I watched on Disney with Chinese subtitles. And rewatched on ahem other platform to recapture the essence.. So far, it’s very enjoyable for me. Such masterpiece needs to be watched at slow pace, open mind and heart😝

Keeping singing birds is Chinese culture. In ancient times, the privileged/elite would spend their time sipping tea, gossiping, listening to story-tellers, and discussing the intricacies of feeding and raising birds. This devotion to bird raising is a tradition that never went away … cheers

Totally agree. I think it’s a nice balance of humour and serious theme. Didn’t watch with eng subtitles but I Love the puns in traditional Chinese subs cos I watched fr Disney+. Hope to see more action fights and Wu Shuuu
