Didn't he say he wanted to eat at a restaurant, and she insisted they go to Shen Mi's house? The food would be cold by the time they arrived. Who wants to eat cold steak?

He's a waste of time. Is he a licensed vet doctor? He is never working in the hospital, just idling with the Tian brother, gossiping and playing games.

She takes annoying to another level. She should be a romance fiction writer instead of a receptionist. She showed that she had value to the hospital, but her obsession with Shen Mi and Tian Tian is as bad as Mengnan's obsession with Shen Mi. She is #3 on the Annoying Character Scale, behind Han and Shen Chen.

Shs is acting like she is his fiancee/lover/mistress/wife.

She is the typical SLS. She is going to keep harassing him, and cause trouble for Tian Tian.

Shen Mi needs to ban Mengnan and Shen Chen from his apartment. Mengnan and Shen Chen should be the secondary couple. They deserve each other.

LOL I thought the same thing. Mengnan is playing Gu for a fool, rejecting him the following morning. Does she think she is a privileged princess?

Han Mengnan is presumptuous about Shen Mi. She takes Grandpa Ma to Shen Mi's house for dinner, uninvited, and sends the waiters and food to the house ahead of their arrival. She is taking her phantom fiancee status to another level. Shen Mi could not offend the old man. He also pussyfoots around Han. He should tell her to back off immediately, and stop harassing him. He should tell Uncle Han to get Mengnan off his neck. She is also playing Dr Gu. She got drunk in his apartment. What message was she trying to convey to him?

The first problem is the length of this drama. It should take 30 episodes, not 40 episodes to tell the story. The point of the story should have been revealed by now. The second problem is the secondary characters, Han and Shen Chen. Han thinks she owns Shen Mi.

Episode 22 wasted 70% on Han, Gu, Uncle, Shen Chen. Since Gu has resigned, he can work full time for Tianlin Pet Animal Hospital, and bring in the revenue. Shen Chen is annoying to watch and listen to. He talks muffled.

The viewers are left to fill in the blanks. The time jump is theoretically the biggest plot hole in the drama. LOL

South Korea has been very good with melodrama, but China outpaces them in dramatic melodrama.😁😁😁

I wondered why they kept looping the same song (...I love you, I love you, I love you... lyrics) over and over. Were they trying to enrich the bad plot with the pretty song?

The pathetic thing is that he acquired Mother Jiang's bad traits. They were similar in their mindset and ruthlessness. Xizhou and Madam Jiang were more like biological Son and Mother, than Yunshen and Mother Jiang.

At the start of the drama, I kept typing South Wind Blows in the search engine, and getting nowhere. Then I saw the extended title treatment, and was confused. 🤣🤣🤣

Where is the scene where Xizhou bows to the Tian Lian Board for his stupidity and betrayal in killing the company? The company might have lost more than 50% stock value. The writer must have had writer's burnout by the time he or she wrote 80% of the plot, and didn't know what else to write.

One wonders what happened in those five missing years. I guess there was nothing important, or relevant to the plot. They could have trimmed the filler, and fill in some of the time jump milestones.

The outcome is that RuanRuan has two pregnancies, and Xizhou is a loving family man. I don’t know why they showed ZhiZhi in the operating room. Madam Jiang seems to approve of Zhu Jia, having sold Grandma's house on her behalf, and that Yunshen seems to be in excellent health.

I had no empathy for Xizhou or Madam Jiang five years later. When pretty boy Xi Zhou turned good at the end, I was not unconvinced of his intentions. He didn't even beg Ruan Ruan for forgiveness.

When Madam Jiang sold Grandma's house on Zhu Jiu's behalf, I was skeptical. She should have apologized to Zhu Jiu for all the hideous things she did or said to her.

When Grandpa divided the company assets among the three of them, and gave the Chairman job to Xizhou, I no longer felt sad that he died. Xizhou was unethical.

Xizhou should have taken the job without a salary, until the company losses were recouped. 😆😏
