I watched it for the ML and FL actors.

The ending could have been a lot better. The wedding was at the ML's house. Even though it is a beautiful house, the couple could have afforded a wedding hall. Tong's mother was rich. Before the wedding, the ML got stupid in love. Those stupid attempts to propose to her were unnecessary filler. Tang Su pushing into the pool was dumb. The violence was unnecessary.

She started out, competent. Once she regained her Idol career, she lost some sense.

This is the third drama I watched with Wu Gang, and Knockout is the first drama that I really liked him.

Gao Qi Qiang is the perfect Godfather, ruthless and beneficient.

I am guessing that the country bumpkin is An Xin. I find his mannerisms around Men Yu to be immature, and annoying. He seems to have a Jekyll and Hyde personality. Even as a cop, he wavers.

I started the bingewatch two days ago, and am at episode 20. This crime melodrama should have been shorter... thirty episodes max. This is turning into a A Dull Day in the Life of Gao Qi Qiang. The only things Gao has going for himself are smart hairstyles and impeccable wardrobe as the successful businessman with the pretty wife.

An Xin is an iffy character. He looks like a thin reed that will bend in the wind. His righteous/good samaritan cop act gets boring. I cringe when he acts like a silly teenager with Meng Yu. Is he supposed to be a 18 years-old rookie cop? Actor is in his 40s, and An Xin looks to be in his mid 30s. I like Zhang Yi, but this is my third time watching him play a cop, and his three cop characters seem like clones. He needs to step away from the police genre, and play another career professional.

Random silly writing and draggy parts in the drama! So glad it is over!

I watched eleven episodes, starting at 10PM last night.

She is spineless. She won't last long in showbiz.

The ML and FL are an ideal pair... walking into traps. They are smart and gullible. Tong Yi Wu acts like a teenager... another smart and gullible character. Only Chi Ye seems smart 24/7.

FL actress looks middle-aged in the poster, with the old fashioned hairstyle and wool sweater.

Perhaps she offered to cook the meals for the owner in exchange for the weight loss program. He ate well. 😆😆😆

I guess celebrity weight loss clinics work miracles for a price...although Tang Su didn't have much money to pay her way. The owner gained all the weight that the clients lost. He must eat all the food at the clinic, while they starve. LOL

The drama earns 1 pt for airing in two weeks only and for the shorter episodes. If the episode was 40 minutes long, it would be packed with filler and flashback to make up the extra ten minutes. There is already some drag to reach the end of the line. The jealous, controlling boyfriend boss was getting boring,

Funny that the son (Jue) and mother (Mrs Huangfu) look about ten years apart. LOL

The song or songs in the drama are cute, but the dual set of subtitles start to dilute when the singer starts singing over the character's dialog.

I rated it at 8.0, but after sixteen episodes, I dropped the rating to 7.0. The drama is short, but it could have been shorter. It should haven sixteen episodes maximum. I can't imagine what is going to happen in the next eight episodes. I am waiting for Huang Fu Jue's mother to show up, and object to Huang and Tang's relationship.

In real life, it would be 87 kg. XD I went from 71kg to 87 kg in four years. What does Tang Su weigh now? 45 kg?

After I finished epsidoe 16, I think this drama should have ended already. It's gone into meddling parent mode. Ms MengMeng is still pushy. I wonder why Director did not make a public statement three years prior. That is unforgiving. He maligned Tang Su's character, by keeping his silence.

That was too funny.

I am enjoying thie drama. The ML and FL are cute, and Tong and Chi Ye are a cute couple. They could have droppedd the evil Mengmeng from the show.
