A funny story for you! I recognized Mr Mu Actor's face. It turns out he was in Qing Luo, which I bingewatched earlier this week. I can't even remember his role in Qing Luo. π€π€π€
Okay but......................... Won't anybody comment on the disturbing "romance" between Chae Ohk and her brother…
That romantic thing was very odd. She seemed to suspect he was the brother in one scene, but never spoke to him about it. Jang Sung Baek also seemed to be gushing, which was out of character.
Perhaps if I'd watched it years ago, I'd probably have enjoyed it more.It seemed dated, with over-the-top acrobatic…
I loved Hwang Bo Yoon/Lee Seo Jin. There are some overacting moments by characters in the drama. I loved Ha Ji Won as Chae Ok, but her facial features kept changing. I wasn't sure it was the same actress, sometimes. I also loved Kim Min Joon as Jang Sung Baek, but he seemed to be modeling sometimes. The OSt was excellent, but some martial arts fight scenes were average.
I bought the DVD and watched this drama at least thirty times back in 2005. I can't sit down to watch it now. I might find the production values, dated.
I vaguely remember someone talking about a woman being abducted by the Emperor. Did Wuxin live as a "prisoner" of the empire since he was young? When he first shows up, he is inside the gold coffin being transported to some place.
Thanks for the info on 7th Prince and Wuxin. I missed that, if it was mentioned in the drama. So, is Wuxin's a prince who is unrelated to Emperor? I must have missed Prince #9, then.
I was thinking the same they should have charged all fought him together
Old Tang would have been caught off guard if they had attacked him in unison. I guess that they were trying to show deference to him because of his seniority, but he was planning to annihilate all of them. It would be a different story if he was training them.
YayFinally a show that reminds me of the HK style wuxia moviesLove the unexpected humour!Knew Li hongyi when he…
Watching Wuxin, I wanted to see Liu Xueyi's other drama works. I binged watched Love at Night and Qing Luo earlier this week. His bald head looks perfect, too.
According to novel it was made up by his master, only true prediction was his death. But to some level it started…
After his demise, I realized why the master and others did not want him to leave the mountain retreat. So heartbreaking to watch that scene with him and Li Hanyi.
I really like this show, but am probably not gonna watch until it finishes airing. I think it is a lot more fun…
The first eight episodes dropped at the same time, so it was fun bingewatching. I agree with you. Waiting for new episodes daily is torturous. For a forty episode drama, they should drop ten episodes weekly, for four weeks.
