I started watching this drama last night. I like the ML, Ding Yu Xi/ Li Bing. The second ML is slow witted. I watched Zhou Qi in Vendetta of An, and wanted to see his acting skills. I am curious about White Cat's backstory.

The Huben arc was annoying, but that fizzled, to be replaced by Tiemo. Are Huben and Tiemo, allies, or will Huben turn against Tiemo? Huben does not appear to have a leader after Pan Feng Shan's demise. Who is running the Emperor's army?

The writing team probably put the names of the characters in a bucket, and pulled out names at random, to kill off.

Wen Jing walked right into King Tiemo's trap, and now he's stuck in it.

The plot slid downhill in episode 24. It was sliding in episode 22, but picked up the pace in episode 23, due to to Xiao Wu Yang's fighting skills.

He still respects his Mentor teacher after the man turns out to be the enemy of the realm?

He killed his Popularity Drama Award in episode 24.

They can search for another distant relative. The young Emperor, who was dethroned, might not be the only surviving descendant of the realm.

It would be great if Xie Huia An gives Tiemo King's eyes to Xiao Wu Yang. Dr Long is the only one who could perform the surgery, but he is King Tiemo's groupie.

Four remaining episodes... I fear more casualties to come. Tiemo writer is on a roll.

He's back to his original spineless self, before we were introduced to him. His short career of pageboy was a complete waste of script pages. He was a puppet Emperor before, and he wants it back. If he dies in the end, who will become Emperor?

Emperor Xiao Wu Yang is the highest authority in the Chang An empire. The shopkeeper is his minion, and he reveres and fears the Emperor. You don't casually sit down to dinner, until you are invited to. Unfortunately, he will be the next name on the casualty list.

Episode 24 was the least enjoyable episode to watch. The writer has gone off the deep end. Many chances to kill King Tiemo! Writer must be a Tiemo. Many had predicted Wei Jing's turning rogue, and he did. He is a disappointment. Spineless and gutless, to assassinate his brother. Crying crocodile tears at the old man, saying he was sorry. Sorry for what? it would have been better to sacrifice his own life, to save his brother's, who was more worthy of being the Emperor. Xiao Wu Yang would have defeated King Tiemo eventually. Xia Huai An's planning has hit the bottom.

I agree. i was amazed at his fight scene in episode 23.
