You're not being fair at all. Because the only novel that is a form of plagiarism is Ten Miles of Peach Blossom.…
Read my comment again. I stated "The similarities between TMOPB and TLTWTPB"... it was "like" watching a drama that was plagiarized from a drama that's created from a plagiarized novel. This is my comment. If you want to refute, write a review to refute instead of telling me how I should write my comment.
Ha ha ha! I wish my job interviews were that easy! 😂 If someone tries to stab my hand with a knife, I would think I want to stay far away from that person. 🙄 dumb.
Just venting... What reason makes it's okay for the Songs to be rude and disrespectful while complaining about the Lis being so? That's a classic "Pot calling the kettle black." The story is great so far but this bit is hard to accept as sensible.
Is the FL going to keep being stupid to the end of the drama? Instead, I rather enjoy watching the three Long brothers' interaction. Dang! at episode 9, I can't handle her crying anymore. I really want to continue with this drama but she is just too annoying. Too bad I am going to miss watching the three brothers.
I can see Lin Yu Shen in the role of KangXi Emperor. I thought I had see him in such a role but didn't see it in his drama history. He is not all that good looking and a bit on the thin side but he has charisma and a manly handsome attitude.
It feels like I've watched something similar... perhaps a Korean version? I like the female lead, great actress. The first episode has me cracking up badly. Already enjoying the drama so far. On episode 2, not anything I've watched before and it is hilariously funny so far. Love her expressions. On episode 23, did I just posted that I like the female lead? Argh! why did she just turn stupid all of a sudden?!
From the start, it's obviously a comedy but I didn't think it was all that funny until I got to the part where the prince meets the elderly old man, then I had to stop writing (multi-tasking) because I was shaking too much from laughing. By episode 3, the humor is only sporadic. The story seems to follow along the line of a video game... missions and advancing levels. Hopefully it gets better as some review comments suggested.
Venting... Dumb gets dumber, heaven has a devil and there is a saint among the demons. I want to see CXJ filled with regrets as YSF finally says enough is enough. Oh but the music scores' great, complements the drama and does not drown the dialog. Update... the author has successfully accomplished capturing this audience's emotions. Feeling satisfied.
Can you believe I've binged the drama to the last 10 minutes of the end of the drama to start fast forwarding to the end? I don't even care if they all live happily ever after or not; nor did it matter if the villains got their just deserved. As a matter of fact, they just died off the scene leaving meaningless taste of dissatisfaction. Though they tried to bring the ending to a climax by bringing the audience to an all time low first, that was at a risk of losing audiences' attention.
I think they doubled the episodes, which makes it a bit of a drag; I love everything about it, except that it's…
Yes, at some point it does get a bit slow and I vaguely recall the K original was also at some point, but the mystery of the past and their relationship growth kept me going. =) Currently at epi 25 and it pretty much follow the same line so far. I can enjoy this C version only because I don't remember too much of the story anymore even having watched the K version twice. =) Bad memory... sad. If the story stays true to the Korean version, I enjoyed the ending so I know at least I won't be disappointed with the ending.
If they ever make a drama for The Legendary Master's Wife and with a bit of 'tweaking' Ju JingYi would fit the part perfectly as You XiaoMo. Song WeiLong could do Ling Xiao but he would have to work on his character, being arrogant, devilish, charming, flirtatious, boyish, cold, and lascivious, all in one.
