Gosh! It's so sad that this drama is soooooo underrated and so unpopular. I guess it was made for a more mature audience because it's not a typical "idol drama". ZYC is such a great actor, wish he could have a big hit one day.

Hahah true. I didn’t continue with Timeless Love but I did see clips of them kissing and yes, they were on fire. I finished Sweet Teeth but I liked the 2 side couples better and found their kisses better. I didn’t see much chemistry between the leads. I’m watching “Love Under the Full Moon” now and Ju JingYi is known for “fake” kisses so hopefully this one is better cause Zheng Ye Cheng is a good kisser.

Yep. That’s why I like Bai Lu so much, she’s super talented and adaptable. That’ll be awesome if they use their real voice. I really like both their voices.

Gosh. Makes me cry with her. This really shows how dedicated she was to the role. She’s one of my favourite actress.

Woah. Don’t get so defensive. My comment wasn’t meant to offend anyone. It was just because Bai Lu is in both of them and I still can’t get that character out of my head yet. I have enjoy this drama but while waiting for new episodes, I went to watch the other one. Anyway, to each their own.

Hahaha I've noticed this a lot with Chinese actress, not just Wan Peng. I think maybe it's a cultural thing? Maybe they're shy? Maybe they think "real" lips kisses should only be for their significant others? I dunno but yeah, it's funny and weird at the same time,

I don't think we have to "move on". We can still keep them in our memories and come back from time to time to visit them. I am back here after my cry sessions and heartbreak from watching "One and Only". I totally recommend this drama too if you haven't watched it. Bring lots of tissues if you do.

Well said! I totally agree. I don't watch any C-dramas with English translation for this same reason. Sometimes I do it just to compare the difference and it always makes me feel "bad" for people who can only rely on English translations because they're missing out.

Thank you for the insight. I didn't read the novel but hopefully they give us some scenes with "modern intimacy" or just a short make-out would suffice (hahaha) because I think that's a requirement for a modern day drama. In One and Only, we weren't expecting any intimate scenes because we all know they had a forbidden and unspeakable love.

OMG an actual kiss scene and not using a body double. Hopefully this is kept in the drama. Ahhh so excited to see Allen kiss someone on-screen. All his other dramas used body (lips) doubles or just fake kiss.

This is why I try to learn Mandarin because the words in Mandarin mean so much more and is so much deeper than when translated to English. Thank goodness Mandarin when translated to my native language keeps the same deep meaning so I'm still able to understand the correct meaning and emotions. In this case, the words "gu fu" usually are only used for lovers so for people who understands that, we know right away he loves her.

Me too. Here I am, tearing up again. I keep checking Spotify to see if they released the album yet. I watched their recent Weibo interview. Knowing that they invested so much of their own emotions into this drama and it even took them a month or so to "get out" makes me feel that they really connected to their characters to bring us this masterpiece.

Listening to the OST's just makes my emotions and eyes swell up again. I need Forever and Ever to take me out of this trance.

They're so funny together. Too bad Allen's Wifi was so bad. I didn't understand everything but it was still lovely seeing them two together.
