Hahaha yep! Crush has that magical affect on people. I’ve never seen so many comments on a drama before. But maybe because I’ve never paid attention to other dramas’ comments.

Thank you for the detailed synopsis of the book. The drama only made subtle references to some of the things you mentioned and that’s why a lot of people misunderstood the ML. But for me, my interpretation was very close to what you described so I’m glad you confirmed it for me.

I just started Sweet Teeth because I like Bi Wen Jun and so far I enjoy it. It’s not Crush but it does provide some LOL moments. And the ML is not cold and stoic, and the FL is not “waiting to be rescued”. There are actually 3 couples and have their own story.

Oh Cheng Yi, my heart hurts for you every time. To love someone so much but cannot be together for her own protection. Really enjoy this drama so far, hopefully it doesn't drag and lose its steam. My prediction: Prince An is the final villain.

I've always enjoyed watching Zheng Ye Cheng and this one is so different from his previous roles that I'm enjoying it so much more. I didn't even know about this drama before yesterday so it is quite a pleasant surprise. 8 episodes in and I'm anxious for the next episodes. So far I'm really liking the story line and the interactions between the characters, especially between ML and his daughter.

Yep! I totally got this same feeling when I was watching it. It’s about how people can fall in love but have the wrong timing in their life. Irl, some are lucky enough to meet again later on but some find new loves along the way. Like how when Wu Yan and Nian Qin first met when they were younger but couldn’t be together due to lack of maturity on their parts. But after 3 years, they have both grew individually and can recognize what’s important.

Wow. I guess this drama is so good and is doing so well that WeTV must’ve bought the rights and will start broadcasting it on Sept 3rd. It was advertised on my Instagram.

Yep! I think I enjoyed this drama so much because I find these moments so relatable to my own life. Because as much as we’re “annoyed” by the forced kiss and the rituals, they’re part of the relationship and we secretly like them. They make us feel important and wanted.
Haha yep, even the “not-giving-in” after a fight is what happens irl.
