Did i get amnesia lol, i've literally started marathoning this 2 days ago and i keep confusing names and timelines. Probably should rewatch the whole series just to make sure XD

But i've watched it again and they repeatedly mention 15 years ago... was that 15 years before suying or was there a translation problem...

Okay i'm at halfway point of the series. So far i like that it's quite fast paced. Also the story seemed to be focused on the main couple; it doesn't waste too much time on 2nd (or 3rd) couple, or even too complicated political machination. The love triangle aspect is a bit predictable, but i get that it's necessary. I am also glad that i waited to watch until the whole series is finished. It's very binge-able

just finished ep 13 and it feels like, they're splurging on the artistic department while skimping on the writing budget for the drama. don't get me wrong, i still enjoy this very much. but it feels a bit fluffy and slow paced for a supposedly adventure and mystery drama. it's not very exciting, but worth watching for the unique vibes. and great osts!

done! what a ride lol. was fun but they suffer from lack of everything. i guess when you have limited budget you can't do much. idea was good enough, execution left a lot to be desired. too much expositions being spoken by the characters make us feel like watching people narrating audiobook, instead of, you know, actually watch things happens. but yeah, overall not too bad.

ep 22 and uhhhh wasn't yehan back in the picture because luo qing said she likes him, and begged for him to not disappear? and where does song ruo yun get the idea that luo qing can not exists in the same universe as the person that she likes anyway? howwwww
i'm way too invested in this universe. but it's too late to back out now, dang it.

just finished ep 18 and finallyyyyy it's getting juicy now that the villain has gain consciousness too. or has she always been? she's been changing her motive from just getting the guy to actually ending the female lead during ep 18 and for a second i was confused.

I'm on ep 12 and even more confused. How is she the only one who is sentient about the story universe and the role they're all taking, and yet she's the only one who can't deviate from the storyline? Well, she can do it in the first part, but after she got killed then she can't do it anymore??? Like, what are the actual rulessss i am so confused lol

loool this show is so ridiculous and campy; it's just pretending to have conflict and tension but it's built upon premise that's sooo outrageous it will probably melt my brain if i try to think about it too much. i can't decide whether i like it or hate it for it. i guess i'll try a little but more since i'm only on ep 2 and it's so short anyway.

That makes sense! In that case, it's probably what triggers his reservation about helping those creatures in general, because he had such a bad experience from it.
