I guessed it right! I knew Zhang Suan was possessed by that guy who pretended to pass down his life-long cultivation and techniques. That cunning and powerful being couldn't have died this easily+there's literally a big spoiler in the opening too😏. He's probably the big big villain and the one pulling the strings behind the scenes.
