A self professed "ENTERTAINMENT" company JTBC has dropped an incredulous "story" based on an anonymous "victim",…
Here is an actual news report by an actual publication made by an actual journalist who even provided her email address if you wanted to contact her about any questions. Not a biased internet user on MY DRAMALIST, NOT AN ACTUAL NEWS SITE, NOT AN ACTUAL REPORTER. It's also sad to see MDL silencing people's voices by only allowing certain people publish articles after claiming to be a fan run site for the fans.

"Song Ha-yoon was 'forced to transfer' from high school for bullying, agency confirms.

Multiple people have accused actor Song Ha-yoon of having beaten up her fellow students in high school, including one who claims to have perpetrated a violent incident alongside the actor. JTBC’s current affairs program “Crime Chief” (2014-) reported on Tuesday that Song had been expelled from high school in 2004 for beating fellow students.

The program reported that Song, along with two friends, assaulted a female peer, leaving her hospitalized with serious injuries that took four weeks to heal completely. A woman claiming to be one of Song's two accomplices appeared on the show, saying that “it cannot be denied that [she] participated in the assault.”

“If Song Ha-yoon denies it, this would dismiss everyone’s faults. This will not do,” she said.

The report also included a follow-up to Monday’s episode, in which an informant claimed the “Marry My Husband” actor had “slapped [him] across the face for 90 minutes” in 2004, when he was in his second year and Song was in her third year at the same high school. Song's agency denied the accusation shortly after the episode aired, claiming the actor did not know the informant.

The informant responded in Tuesday's episode that there was no way the actor did not know who he was. “If she did not know me, why would [she] have offered to pay for all expenses if I went to Korea, or have reached me all the way to the United States? It doesn’t make sense,” he said.

Song offered to sit for an interview with JTBC but later abruptly canceled it, according to “Crime Chief.”

Song’s agency, Kingkong by Starship Entertainment, verified earlier on Tuesday that the actor had been “expelled from Banpo High School due to school violence.”

Kingkong also confirmed that Song “was involved in an incident” where her deskmate was bullied. The agency said that the event led to Song's expulsion, but also claimed that the actress “was not the one who assaulted the victim.” Song's agency vowed legal action against the informant and “Crime Chief” after Tuesday's episode aired.

“We would like to reiterate that all of the claims made in JTBC’s ‘Crime Chief’ report on Song Ha-yoon and in the follow-up report are not true,” Kingkong by Starship said in a statement.

Song, whose real name is Kim Mi-sun, debuted under the stage name “Kim Byul” in 2003 and began using Song Ha-yoon in 2012. She is known for her roles in the TV series “Marry My Husband” and “Fight for My Way” (2017) as well as the film “Intimate Strangers” (2018)."

My initial thought was why did her former classmates not bring this up when ‘Fight For My Way’ kdrama came out because it was really popular back then? Then upon further reading, she was not using her real name, a new stage name for her acting career. She purposefully changed her name several times to evade her victims which shows she never showed remorse or attempted to apologize. She recently cried in Knowing brows thanking people for letting her live her passion after her 20 year long flop career and that clip went extremely viral. That's how one victim found out about her. Imagine seeing your bully beautifully crying as if she was an innocent soul and did nothing wrong.

THIS IS NO LONGER A SPECULATION. SHE IS A SCHOOL BULLY!!

"Song offered to sit for an interview with JTBC but later abruptly canceled it, according to “Crime Chief.”

She was so confident that she could shut this man up who she beat and scarred for life and wanted to actually appear on JTBC's program and prove her innocence. ONLY MORE AND MORE VICTIMS HAVE COME OUT. So girlie backtracked and refused to appear knowing she was gonna get gagged.

Song’s agency, Kingkong by Starship Entertainment, verified earlier on Tuesday that the actor had been “expelled from Banpo High School due to school violence.”

AND THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS! Her agency has confirmed she did bully and get expelled from high school due to school violence. And before you're like "oh but she was just a teenager" as if teenagers haven't literally killed their classmates in several different countries and gotten off scot free, she never fixed her evil behavior. Even after she became an actress under JYP, she continued to fat shame and abuse younger actresses.

This shows she had never reformed her attitude and only bought her violent evil mindset from high school to the workplace.

Even more allegations coming out dating 2021, 2018. 2015. Nobody has bothered speaking up for her; instead, more and more negative revelations are surfacing.

Now let's go through the article on by one. Since people have gotten their brains rotten by TikTok and only knows how to throw around popular buzz words like "cancel culture," "wokeism" and refuse to research more about a topic before forming their opinions, I will do it for you.

"The program reported that Song, along with two friends, assaulted a female peer, leaving her hospitalized with serious injuries that took four weeks to heal completely. A woman claiming to be one of Song's two accomplices appeared on the show, saying that “it cannot be denied that [she] participated in the assault.”

“If Song Ha-yoon denies it, this would dismiss everyone’s faults. This will not do,” she said."

Song Ha Yoon's fellow bully has already come out confirming they were involved together in assaulting a fellow female student. Before you scream and throw a tantrum about how she's lying and JTBC is wrong. Let's look at the context. This is already the 2nd episode JTBC has done on Song Hayoon . After the 1st report where another student, a male one who reported she slapped him outside a playground, If JTBC was wrong, they would never double down. Especially after her agency threatened to sue them publicly. Following the cases of IVE Jang Won Young and other idols suing that fake YouTuber, defamation lawsuits have become legitimate in Korea at the moment. Both YouTubers and News Stations have become much more cautious of accusations. If JTBC is not run by a bunch of idiots, they wouldn't take the risk to go after her when they got no proof. Well they already have several people on their show confirming Song Ha Yoon is a bully. Not to mention the former actress, Ryu Won, already made a TIKTOK several months ago about how Song Hayoon bullied her when they were both under JYP entertainment.

JTBC is literally one of Korea's biggest nationwide cable TV networks and made hits like The World of the Married, Doctor Cha, Reborn Rich, Sky Castle, Itaewon Class, Agency, King the Land, Welcome to Sandal-ri, The Lady in Dignity, The Good Bad Mother. They literally have no reason to be spending all this energy going after some random actress who has been a flop for the majority of her career and is almost 40 years old.

UPDATE!!
I'm providing an update to this article since this Lily Alice person's the author of this post is purposefully things as if Song Ha Yoon has been found innocent of any bullying and you guys are eating it up without reading anything. Since this first accuser, there have been even more victims coming out, several of whom already made accusations against her long before Marry My Husband. She's been a flop for the majority of her career only to become famous because the character she's playing is her IRL so despite rumors and accusations against her made in the past, they were ignored because no one cares about a flop. Before you cry a river about how I'm being mean to her or whatever, she has already been proven to have "forced to transfer" schools. In South Korea, you have to be a VERY violent bully for the school to decide to transfer you. Because bullying is so common here, teachers will rarely take notice of it and it reports badly on the school to have a student transfer so IT SAYS A LOT about how serious her level of bullying was for the school to contact the the Ministry of Education and transfer her.

Korea's punishment classification for school bullying is divided into nine categories: Level 1 being the lightest punishment — a written punishment to the victim. Level 2 is to protect the victim and Level 3 is labor service.

Level 4, community service, is granted to relatively serious bullying cases. Kim Garam (a former idol and another notorious bully) was granted Level 5, special education and psychological treatment, for her actions during school. Level 6 results in a temporary suspension from school and at Level 7, attendance is prohibited. By Level 8, a student will be transferred and finally on Level 9, a student will be withdrawn from school. HER AGENCY CONFIRMED THAT SHE WAS EXPELLED AND FORCED TO TRANSFER DUE TO SCHOOL VIOLENCE. SHE WAS ALREADY AT LEVEL 8+ OF BULLYING. It's scary to think how severe of a trauma her victims have. Song Hyo Kyo's character in The Glory had burn marks all over her. I really hope this evil witch did not leave lasting marks on her victims.

"Actress Song Hayoon faces controversy as she acknowledges being expelled from her previous high school for bullying. Amidst allegations, her agency clarifies that the case is unrelated to recent accusations, emphasizing efforts to address online defamation. Known for her role in the recent popular drama, Marry My Husband, Song Ha Yoon has recently admitted to being expelled from her previous school for allegations of bullying. King Kong by Starship Entertainment, Song Ha Yoon's agency, confirmed the expulsion in response to inquiries from K-media on April 2.

While acknowledging the expulsion due to school violence, the agency emphasized that the case was unrelated to the recent accusations of bullying made against her by another individual. They clarified that Song Ha Yoon had never encountered the accuser and is currently investigating online defamation allegations."

Her PR team tried but even they couldn't spin this in her favor after multiple classmates from several different schools came out confirming the victim's accusations. She did not get transferred because of the man she beat up in the playground but because of an another incident where she assaulted someone else. Her agency confirmed. THEY BASICALLY ADMITTED SHE BULLIED MORE THAN ONE PERSON. ThE ONLY PART THEY'RE DENYING AND SCREAMING ABOUT HOW JTBC IS WRONG IS THE PART WHERE SHE WAS FORCED TO TRANSFER BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. SHE WAS FORCED TO TRANSFER BC OF ANOTHER CASE OF ASSAULT.

Bc she only got popular now??? People only care about relevant people. Nobody cares about someone's random uncle who molests his nieces bc they're not famous but someone like R. Kelly is obviously gonna get more coverage bc they're a celebrity. I don't know why you guys are acting so obtuse on purpose.

"It is true that Song Ha Yoon transferred schools due to a school violence-related case at Banpo High School." But the agency denies that the transfer has anything to do with the bullying accusations that have surfaced recently. "

Her agency even admitted that she had been transferred from one school to another in the past because of violence.

Regardless of how long ago it happened, these traumatic experiences stay with you for a long time, well into adulthood. It's kinda inconsiderate to tell the victim to get over it just because they were children. And for some reason, bullies never seem to remember anything that they did to someone.

Do you drink the tea you don't know the ingredients of? no one would have cared if the victim came forward before, it'll only be rumours. since she hit big, people will pay more attention and they have a higher chance to reach their end.

Girl, she literally transferred schools three times. She and her agency initially denied it but then when her former classmates came out confirming she did transfer, her agency backtracked their statement and admitted she transferred and it was due to school violence, not something else. Why did she feel the need to lie about never transferring in the first place if she was innocent?? That alone makes me question her. Not to mention there is a completely separate person who is actually a celebrity in the Korean entertainment industry who also shared being bullied by Song Hayoon. Months before this allegation. This allegation was made by a guy btw.

https://www.tiktok.com/@rw2100/video/7327087257238686984

That's three separate people who have come out all over different periods of time accusinf her of bullying. Are all three of them just jealous of her like lmao. Most of them didn't even know she was a celebrity before bc she changed her stage name multiple times in the past and had a flop career. They obviously didnt go around seeking their bully. She was "forced to transfer" due to school violence, her agency have already admitted.

That's the thing. The accusation sounds so exaggerated, who would believe it? But why did the accuser still say…
The alleged victim didn't mean that they were literally slapped for 90mins non stop. It's also translated in the post here that the victim was allegedly hit for an hour, but she could only remember being hit on the face. Doesn't mean she was only slapped nonstop. I'm not saying to instantly believe the accuser but reading comprehension is important.

Also, the person she hit and slapped for so long is a man. He could not fight back against her because her boyfriend was also a big bully in their school. A teenage boy definitely can outlast slaps from a skinny girl especially in a toxic society like Korea where any girl over 45 kg is considered obese.

She did get expelled. The person who wrote this article purposefully used passive language. If you look at the official JTBC news broadcast and the article, they clarify she did get expelled due to a case related to school violence. If she was the victim, why was she expelled? This is literally standard PR from her agency.

On top of that, they initially denied her transferring and even doubled down on it by threatening to sue anyone who said she did only to backtrack like this. If she was just the victim, why not come out proudly?? It would actually help make her more sympathetic to the public. People need to learn to read between the lines and consider the context of things.i know its hard bc Tiktok, Reels, and Shorts have fried your brains.
