Logic tells me that never trust a guy trying to be everyone's best friend without knowing his back ground story. I like the cop but I'm suspicious of him.
Curious, can anyone tell me how much is Jae Chan's younger brother on screen? I really just wanted to see…
He basically has the most screen time after Suzy and LJS. Right now the focus more on the story is on him and the girl he likes and less on Suzy and LJS
Zhang bin bin was so freaking sexy in the final episode. He is such good actor I'm looking forward to more of his work.
The female lead was basically the reason a ton of people died in this show.
The scene Jing Ke died was very poetic. The king lost his best friend because of a woman and because of ego. She never belonged to him and in the end she still didn't end up with him. He lost everyone for a woman. Sad
Just watched first episode....so you're telling me...the same guy who was like "sorry. there's no…
That was a dream although yes it was actually going to happen had he not stopped it by crashing into the car. In his dream, the future that was suppose to happen:
She is framed by her date and he manipulated the evidence. LJS tells her that her testimony Does not matches with the crime scene. So she gets so fustrared and jumps off the buiding. That is when he wakes up. He thinks it is just a dream but just to be safe he confirms if she is going to go on a date with the lawyer just like in his dream. So just to be safe he tells her not to go. At this point he still does not believe the dream to be real but he is just nervous about it.
That is of course until they end up at the same restaurant wearing the same things as in his dream that is when he confirms it was actually a premonition.
After they leave restaurant and he watches them from his car and he ctually sees the lawyer guy taking the keys out of her hands and driving her back home;
That is when he realizes that she was telling the truth in his dream and when he realizes that he needs to stop the lawyer from running over a person and framing her.
((I do admit that he is not a very good or smart prosecutors like how prosecutors are usually potrayed in dramas. He is a bit slow to catch on to things and he is naive; just like when he was a kid.))
All the better because it means he might have a noticeable character development.
People who are actually surprised that he is ruthless and cruel and I am actually surprised they are portraying as weak and romantic but I guess he could have had a romantic side to him; but come one this is a man that killed thousands of people for his political gain and barely cared about the lives of his people. This drama version is a saint from the real person. It would have been interesting if the portrayed him close to his real self at least it would test the acting abilities of all the characters in the show.
He is based on one of the most ruthless kings in China. His name is basically infamous we even learned about him in world history during high school. He was definitely a psycho.
i think you should be looking at the context of that time, also YL hold a very strong title of 'God of War'…
I am looking at the context of the time. There are many historical female leaders and Queens who have ruled even with rebellious officials and strong oppositions. Is it fair to interrupt someone's life who is already willing to fight for you no strings attached for the sake of power? Maybe if she and her brother cannot wield it then they shouldn't be in charge after all.
Yuan Ling achievements are his own. He is no matter if he is God of war he is still human. Each time he goes into battle there is a potential for death. The one thing he has for himself is the love he has for Qing Chen.
No matter how I look at it, it was a selfish request.
He dreamt the same dream she had except his dream was the day after and his dream compared to hers was longer…
I don't know if you remember but the restaurant scene happened twice. That's why he tried to stop the date from happening. The first part it was his dream and the second part it was real life.
The obsessive love in Chinese drama are always so unrealistic to me. I could never marry a man knowing that I am keeping him from his happiness. Duo Xia's reason for marriage now shows her inability to govern the stability of your own tribe. A wise leader doesn't need a mans reputation to keep things together. The writers are so close to failing me when they have been doing well.

It's funny, it's thrilling, it's sad AF and it's touching.
It's the drama ive been searching for after the first half of Goblin.
Thank Goodness Suzy is already taken because from her chemistry with Lee Jong Suk I nearly got trapped into a delusional shipping frenzy.
One he played a high school/wanted criminal
Second he played an Orphaned rich Billionaire whose a comic
Third he is playing a prosecutor who dreams of the future.
Already looking forward to the fourth.

The crown prince willingly gave up the throne for love instead of fighting for both so I guess it doesn't really make him a good candidate.
