Isn’t that a major hole in the narrative that Tan, Bun and M behave and act as if the commandant were not around anymore? Aren’t they all afraid they are going to be hunted down by him? Furthermore rescuing That and the esape of the other hitman with the girl was rather unconvincingly presented. How come Tan was defeated so easily by the bulky guy, and why didn’t M shoot to the wheels when the car was about to go away?

What a vicious, nasty creature and it was hinted in episode 10 that Tan has a reason to be vengeful about him. He might have done something against Tan's mom. I hope he dies, indeed.

Also when Tan tells Bun he has to kill him to save Tat, the next scene we see is Bun running and Tan following him with a gun. Their convo in between is purposefully not shown, and there must have been one. That is why it was not one continuous scene.

He probably meant that episode 10 does not start where episode 9 finished.
