Regarding to Japanese actors, from my few conversation with native Japanese, Akaso Eiji is kinda non-well known actor. But all of them do know Machida Keita. So he is kinda well known but he is not on the super famous side.
I think somebody should fix the episode airing counter. This drama is aired every Thursday at 25:00. Of course by logic 25:00 means 1am. But when it says Thursday 25:00, it means every Friday, 1am. Not every Thursday 1am. I have been watching Jdrama for 2 decades. at first, it is weird looking at the airing schedule such as 24:24/24:30/25:00 but as time goes by, u will get use to it

Ryan follower not even reached 100K on instagram. So I doubt many people will be really sad with the replacement. He was fired by his own agency, the Chinese investor, not by Thai production company. So a lot of ur points are weak. There is not much risk factor to begin with.
For a 4 episodes, this is actually very painful for me to finish it. It almost took me 1 week to finish 1 episode. It fluffy and cringy. But the biggest problem is the actor who played Gun didn't fit the description of the character. I have a very hard problem to connect between the character and the actor. Maybe different hair style or better styling and definitely better glasses will do his character justice. Overall i gave this 3.5/10

I guess it will be easier to dub if the actor actually says his line in Thai. But he says his line in Chinese. So, no matter what, it will hard to sync. To be honest, the dubbing was not that bad. Trust me. My country did dubbing worst than that. Maybe that is why it didn't bother me much. Im used to watch series with way worst dubbing than in My Engineer.
Pro: Full of fluff
Cons: Weak plot. Character regression.
Still 2gether is a good example how they fucked up the main series and decided a special is needed to tie the loose end and please the angry fujoshis.
