Outwardly very quaiet, in some part even slow, simple and minimalistic. But feelings what flow inside it all are intense, burning and strong. This movie is so well written, directed and acted. I hope that more and more people find it here and can see this tiny gem.

now about a Cheongdamdong Alice.
I get what makers of this drama whanted to do but im not sure that they succeeded. Their try looks more like mistake. They wanted create two different, really opposite dimensions/worlds from what main characters come. One, glittering like fairytale where people act shallowly, greedy and selfish, driven only by theyr own desirees and needs. Other where people live so called "reality" with everyday hardships, miseries and tragedies, they are working hard but still cant make diference bc they depend on or have ties bc they dont live only for themselves. Reason why they cant make difrence is that they dont own power (money) and they cant make rules but must act by rules made by people from this other realm.
This all looks at first glanse so deep and....not so interestingly done.So the start is melodramatic.
Romance part...erm, i dont have room to write about

Before Cheongdamdong Alice i tell you mine final thoughts about Last Scandal :D bc for now i have finished it.
Like i already mentioned - starting was big disappointment, mostly i felt that cause was script. Somewhere around ep. 7-8 seems they have changed script writer or added somebody to help bc in drama there was too many changes and dialogs got diferent tone. This help was what this drama needed but it is sad that it wasnt used from start. Charaters got some deepness and theyr actions got justified ( still change caused here-there some little too big logic changes in characters personalities what didnt got reasoned). Still this change didnt made it stellar or splendid but i didnt feel annoyed anymore when i watched and got more interested- entertained bc actors could now act better - i mean really give their all.
I think i dont rewatch it but i dont feel that i wasted mine time.

Bad Guy i saw before A Love to Kill and i kinda like it bc of its ending. Im maybe weird but ending was best part for me. But main male lead doesnt impress me and there was supporting charaters who wasnt so good. With A Love to Kill it was vice versa - i liked starting and middle part but ending was kinda lame. It was drama where Rain managed make role what made me respect him.
Autumn's Concerto - simple story, really classic.Very good acting teamwork and splendid scriptwriter, directing was professional. It is one of few dramas what i have rewatched. and i cant say what is this "it" what made me do this :D
49 day's - there was parts what i liked but more was thous what i didnt liked. Owerall it isnt bad but not good too, just nice light entertaiment.
Kimutaku series.I allways love his work with role and how he performs - it is really art. Still one actor alone cant make all drama good,

Sry. for late reply...<3
I havent found this one, perfect drama too. I have on mine list dramas what i have rated by 10 but...to some of them i gave 10 bc i got temporary hype about some part of that drama or i just want promote this drama and ranked it high to rise its rank. There are one two what are near real 10 ...still it is just near. Seems we are both too demanding or "perfectionistas" :P
Some dramas about what you write i already know, some are new.
i liked My name is Kim Sam Soon and this was one of few dramas what i liked bc of female lead. Her acting style is very colorful and fresh, she really pulls out nearly impossible mission - be absolutely not cute and still very likable. She didnt annoy me and not once thought that she is stupid.
This isn't actually a review and I cant tell if you're actually recommending this drama or mocking the heck out…
yes it is more like preview, based on few first episodes, so it cant be taken very seriously. I have seen 5 ep with subs and 2 eps without (7 from 10) and i can say that this drama is worth of your time :D
This mistake can be fixed easily, lol. btw. there is similar dramas? im curious, can you list them for me, i would br thankful...

I dont hate melodramas but i dont like them. Im person who very rarely cries when watching a movie or drama. One mine favorite genre is tragedy but..it must be done well. High quality tragedy is like pure water, it cleans your soul and mind. But this kind storys are hard to find bc mostly it gets ruinde by drector or actor or by subgenre.
Its not that i dont like dramas with lighter themes. I love romance, mystery, sci-fi, action, historical and many other genres but(there is always one "but", sigh) only if they are done well, if they have something fresh, new, if there is actor who performs incredible, then i can forgive some tiny flaws and even injoy super cheesy romcom. "Done well" means that everybody gives their best, there isnt scetchy acting or using easy way with script, not weak directing where manager of actors say what to do that theyr star could shine ower other actors a.s.o.
7 episodes of 10 are already aired and it gets better and better.

I havent seen Last Scandal. So, i looked it up. Now i have seen 1 ep. That first ep doesnt give me too good impression, mostly bc of script. Story is kinda clishe and writer doesnt managa add any fresh points or angles. Plot dragged from the start with all thous introductions of characters and still managed do it kinda shallowly, outcome of episode was predictable. Main female lead, has some potential in looks but im not sure in her acting, main male...he was takeing acting part too easy, no efort made to make plot littlebit more exciting or deep.Hes looks isnt just mine favorite style but i hope he manages tru acting make himself more likable, good actors have this skill - act him/herself look beautiful even when they dont have looks in real life.
Still i try watch more, i hope scripwriter gets some inspiration and writes better plot and actors start take work more seriously. :D
In Japanese List...I haven't know Arata yet..But where is Takeshi Kaneshiro and Sorimachi Takashi? but your forgiven..cause…
i agree with: Takeshi Kaneshiro and Sorimachi Takashi
Both are very talanted actors:
Takeshi has made many splendid movies and his looks are hot :D
Sorimachi has made so many dramas what are classics of jdrama, he is charming and hot
Actualy..this drama is splendid, not so stiff and fulled with moral like it sounds in review. Story flows naturally and acting is joy to watch. No grand speeches like in usual jdramas, text is delivered perfectly. Jokes are really funny, not in "manga syle".
I can agree:
Japanese - Kimura Takuya and Camui Gackt
Taiwanese - Wu Vanness and Zhou Vic
Korean - Gong Yoo
Other actors from this list doesnt have looks or talent what could satisfie mine taste...or i havent seen them bc i havent watched thous dramas or wanted pick them up.
And in Korea i think there is many more handsome and splendid actors (exs. Lee Jun Ki, who is very talanted and capable actor and has looks to die for, age: soon 31) Same goes for Japanese actors.
But..."one likes father and other likes son", peoples tastes are different - it goes for handsome, still acting talant - it doesnt change with taste - one has it or doesnt have.

Mine drama list is still tiny but bit by bit i learn what is "good one" for me and what is "best one" bc there is possibilty that next drama what i watch can mess up all mine favorite list permanently. I already have learned that dramas what i have watched when i started, and what seemed to be "good" might be not so good now when i have seen more titles. Still impression/feeling what they made then remains, even after changing oppinion. Its like with falling in love and falling out - you might wonder, what was it what i saw in this person but memory how it felt.
But seems i have now steady favorites in actors list after watching many works of them. One is Kimura Takuya and other is Lee Jun Ki. I know, nearly everybody likes them but i think they deserve it bc their work with roles is splendid, they really give all. And outcome is so natural and beautiful.
Do you have favorite actors?

Im still in awe how many similarities we have ...maybe horoscopes really do matter? :D :D
Im sry. that i still havent finished with your drama list but sadly i must go to work and it cuts mine fun time down, sigh. There is one new thing what i started, so if you forgive me and wait littlebit longer.
I have weird taste in all creative art, despite mine lack of any talant, im this one black sheep in family where people are creative, they draw, sing, paint, play in band, act a.s.o. Mine taste has developed in this surrounding and bc of this i sometimes come out like picky person.
Still i have mine "crazy fan zones" too sometimes :P, then i focus onto someting and try find out all about this title, creator, actor, tecnique, timeframe a.s.o.
And im curious like cat :P bc of this i have tons of useless knollage about things what have amused me or intriqued.

Hi, i came snoop your dramalist for sugestions :D ...and i must say you have impressive one.<br />And i was bold and send you friend request in MAL too, our compatibility there isnt big but isnt tiny too. Lately i havent watched anime bc i wanted keep up with dramas and days still have only 24 hours in them, sigh.<br />Same goes with mangas ( i started read manga some 5-4 yr.ago)but mine reading speed is high so im sure i can quickly get updated.<br />Manga is what lead me to anime and anime is what lead me to watch dramas. But i must admit...i was first kinda disappointed bc adaptions from manga to drama where worse than from manga to anime but after i discovered kdrama mine oppinion about drama rised again.<br />oeh...first message here and already so long...sry.And sry. mine poor english.
