I don't know how I feel about this drama so far. There are a lot of things that have me rolling my eyes, and yet... I'm still curious to know what happens. That might change after more episodes, but for now I want to see where this train wreck going.
İs this related to this https://kisskh.at/50101-sisyphusİf not why use absurd names like this
Sisyphus is a popular character from Greek mythology who cheated death twice and was later punished by having to push a boulder up a mountain every day for eternity. I haven't seen the other drama, but in this case it is likely being used as a metaphor for the main characters who seem to be in some sort of time loop, repeatedly trying to change the past and cheat death.
so, who is the woman in the photo? wife from future or alternate universe?
This is a time travel story, so the photographs are likely from the future. My guess is that the woman will either be Seo Hae, who get's married to him after she travels from the future, or Seo Hae's maternal grandmother, who he hasn't met yet. I'm hoping it's the latter.
What photo? It's the first episode so we dont know anything yet.
In the preview for episode two they reveal that inside the suitcase Tae Sul finds photographs of himself at his own wedding to a woman he has not me yet. I'm assuming the above person was just wanting to start a conversation speculating who the woman might be.
The preview for episode 2 indicates that Tae Sul opens the suitcase and finds some wedding photographs of himself…
Mine are crossed, too. haha. I love a good romance, but this show already has so much going on that it really does not need romance added to the mix on top of everything else.
The preview for episode 2 indicates that Tae Sul opens the suitcase and finds some wedding photographs of himself…
I would love to see them go a different route, too. She did mention her mother at the very beginning and seemed to express concern for her after her father said to stay away from Tae Sul. Maybe Tae Sul is her maternal grandfather, and she needs to keep him alive so he can meet her grandmother and give birth to her mom?
I found the first episode entertaining and was overall pleased with the production quality and filmography, but, like a lot of high budget Hollywood action films, I suspect the writing and directing isn't going to live up to the visuals. I hope I'm pleasantly surprised, but time travel is such a tricky plot device, even on its own without all the other sci-fi tropes they've thrown into the mix.
Anyone else felt like Seo hae could be blood-related to Tae sul through the brother?
The preview for episode 2 indicates that Tae Sul opens the suitcase and finds some wedding photographs of himself with a woman he's never met before. This being K-drama land, there is a high probability that Seo Hae is the woman in the photographs that he is going to marry.
Right? Why he's targetting HyunSeung like this. It makes me so uncomfortable.
I think that's one charming thing about the Director: He does value his family and friends, so it makes sense that he would do his best to woo the people important to his love interest. Unfortunately, he's not extremely intelligent/business savvy and is not brave enough to challenge his grandfather. Seeing him jump through hoops to get that lipstick reproduced was hilarious, so I can't wait to see what he does when he finds out her younger brother is his employee. haha.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that the temporary boss is actively involved. I suspect that he's just a hapless person caught in the middle, and when BM pulled him aside it was pull rank again and maybe grill the temporary boss about HS.
I think the thing with Director Lee is over BM stealing HS's idea and HS being adamant that he doesn't want the BM's current team to produce it. I hope this leads Director Lee to realizing who HS's sister is because I can't wait to see the director's reaction. Also, based on the haircut, I think that Director Lee is the one who catches the leading couple being flirty in the conference room. Should make for a nice, "I won't tell if you let me date your sister" situation if I'm right. haha.
I can already feel the hate pouring down on me, but I don't really see any chemistry between the characters. Won…
What you're perceiving as a lack of chemistry is intentional. The LF has viewed the LM as a subordinate coworker for years, and now that she is single and viewing LM as a man rather than her trainee, she has to chip away at the professional barrier that she's put up between them. As mentioned in episode 10, it's going to be something that will take her a little time to get used to, as old habits die hard, but now that they are "official" we're going to see the romantic banter steadily increase.
Right? Why he's targetting HyunSeung like this. It makes me so uncomfortable.
So, it appears that the BM is trying to work his way up the ladder, and he mistakenly thought Hyun Seung, who has just proven himself to be an extremely capable employee now that he won the contest, would want to be a member of his boy's club and kiss BM's ass in order to climb up the ladder, too. Based on the preview for episode 11, it looks like BM may have stolen Hyun Seung's product idea or another idea from their team. This is setting up the story for some workplace drama that may or may not indirectly lead to our leading couple's romance being exposed.
Unnecessary, but I prefer the BM as the new external conflict over the FL's mother and SML's father, who were extremely annoying but too pitiful to outright hate.
I absolutely do not ship director and sister, director is a bastard. He let his friend suffocates and keeping…
I'm not fully on board with the director being with the sister either, but I don't think he's a bastard. His grandfather is the real bastard, and there have been several instances where the director has shown that he's trying to do what he can to help elevate his friend's life--and reward him for being a good lacky--while also protecting his friend from his grandfather's ire. Up until this point, he's mostly been coasting and trying to fly under the radar until he inherits the company and can do things his way. If he starts being more proactive about running the company and defending the people around him from his grandfather, then I might start to respect him enough to be on board with a romance between him and the sister.
From today's episode i can conclude that Chae Hyun Seung is the cutest clumsiest man alive. I have seen people…
When all of his coworkers were eyeballing him for knowing that her mom was safely out of surgery and he literally stumbled out of the conference room: Adorable! <3
the FLs mother needs help asap... she is more like a daughter to the FL than a mother... but the actor playing…
I find the mother sooooo obnoxious, and I hate that she's being given so much screen time. If she was a real person, she'd have my sympathy, but as a fictional character, I kind of just want her and the second LM's father to somehow get hit by a car together.
I can't stop squealing in the latest episodes, Hyeun Seung and Song Ah are the fluffiest couple ever. But what…
My current theory is the chef is gay and had/has a thing for the husband. In episode 9 when the chef seemed super confident that they chef loves his wife, I'm assuming that it's because the chef was rejected. Maybe the husband is gay, too, but he just loves his wife too much to explore his sexuality. Is it weird that I just want them to enter into a poly-amorous relationship at this point?
