Combining all the evidence we have. I think we can conclude that currently it doesn't look like its going to be a gay drama. I haven't seen the ending yet though. Its a female and a male romance with some difficulties due to the whole ''male memories from the 21st century'' thing.
Also they never did clearly mention that Mask guy has face recognition disorder! It was kind of confusing too.
Yeah a lot of people missed the face recognition thing. For those interested in how the show tries to convey that plotline. Episode 1- ~8:09 Probes friend mentions Yoo Han is face blind. Episode 2- ~2:17 Deal is mentioned, probe wants to see monos eyes during colour rush in return for showing his face to mono. Episode 3- ~8:30 Mono references the deal during colour rush. Saying that the probe has already seen enough of his face. Episode 4- ~4:20 The resolution of the face blindness-colorblindness deal plotline. Mono says he will help probe identify faces by allowing him to look very closely to his face.
The fact that a lot of people missed the later connection to the deal in episode 4 says a lot about the show really not conveying the point very clearly. Its literally 1 sentence every episode and if you miss that then you missed the entire plotline.
The cut in episode 4 just generally wasn't done well. It gives a very confusing perspective to the viewer as to how this last scene happened. Really unfortunate
when will we get a 45 min ep Korean BL Drama T.T this one would have been the perfect one to start that trend…
Yeah all Korean webdramas I have seen, straight or BL, are just insanely short. Mainstream Korean tv isn't ready for BL yet unfortunately so we will likely face a few more years of short shows.

This would actually be really interesting. Episode 4 indeed gives off the vibe that Yoo Han can read Yeon Woos mind. Made me nostalgic of the show Cherry Magic. Its unlikely though, because that would add even more complexity to the mono-probe relationship XD
I think he just said everything out loud during his subconcious color rush experience. For a mono its not that they are actually colorblind, their brain just locks away the ability to recognise colour and a probes face pattern is the key. So seeing memories in colour during a color rush isn't that surprising. Its just his brain allowing the colours to be perceived as they were.
I don't think she drowned herself, no potential reason has been given as to why she would do that. She had her son and her husband in her life to support her. The mom might've accidentally drowned or on purpose by others though. There's definitely something big we don't know yet about this mystery but all we can do is wait for more information right now.

I rewatched WYEL recently. I agree, WYEL had a lot more structure despite also being a short show. I think that this is because of the concept of Color Rush being more difficult to properly show in a short amount of episodes. Its still an enjoyable enough experience for me though

The bad reaction comes when the mono and probe aren't together, since that's when the bad thoughts of obsession can make them do crimes.
As for the ways modern society deals with it... They likely allow probes to seek help from the police but will probably just treat obsessed monos as a typical stalker case. Its rare enough that the society doesn't have to make major adjustments for monos.
The nurse likely values the privacy of the mono. Discrimination against monos in the past likely led to rules about keeping their identities private. There may be a general understanding in the color rush society that when dealing with monos you either accept the relationship or ask for help at the police. The nurse likely just leaves it up to Yoo Han to make his own decision, if he feels bothered he can easily alert someone and move away himself.
