There's some overlap there. This is unavoidable and has been happening for more than a decade now, no reason to complain. Eventually your bias will do a story you like anyway if they don't grow to hate acting.

This film did not age well at all, the female lead is depicted as some seductress causing trouble which is just wrong. I can imagine she lived in fear of her life all the time while on that island. What those men did is their responsibility alone and can't be excused.
