First of all, let's acknowledge that cutting any cute Sol Ah+Hong Jo scenes is a crime. Second of all, we needed more cute Hong Jo+Jae Sun scenes.
Jae Sun and Sol Ah don't provide cute moments together and thus I conclude that this isn't worth the time spent on it.
Also, that cat gives a better performance than some actors/actresses I've seen in kdramas. This ball of fur must be protected from harm.

Best I've seen in a while. Should be rated higher i think but the romance guys wouldn't allow this to happen.....
Unfortunately true although I do understand their preference. I think minimising romance was a smart move by the writers because this is a survival scenario. I can't see them being on a date in one scene and researching a dead body of their friend in the next, it'd take away from the severity of the situation. Ga Hyun also seems way too down to earth to easily give into romance.
There's enough romance shows already anyway.

I kinda feel pressured to be hyped about this though. Like if we make this succeed we have a chance at more Korean BL. All it has to do is deliver a decent BL story with a good ending, can't be that difficult right?

Ok so I checked out the accompanying trailer for this and I think it's the wrong one... It's horror movie/drama about a mother and a girl who visit a haunted house and get a female ghost chasing them. Pretty scary stuff.

I was here for the bromance since Ep 1 but that didn't work out well to say the least. Now I'm just here to solve the remaining mysteries.

Well you never know what happens in the last episodes but I mean.. The serial killer confrontation probably takes priority. It's very likely that Ga Hyun and the detective will end up together though, even if it's in a new timeline.

Highly suggest watching 365: Repeat the Year too if you like detective stories with mystery and a bit of supernatural thrown in.

This is such a good plot-idea though! Reminds me of Irresistible Love from China. I can't wait but I'm also scared since the young rich guys in kdramas are usually very controlled by their parents. The BL-scenes are gonna be lit though. I don't expect Thai-level of BL moments (which can be very artistic/meaningful and are performed in longer scenes) but I'm curious to see what they'll bring. If Long Time No See is used as inspiration then the BL-scenes will progress quite quickly but be quite short.

Okay I know most people here don't want to believe it but it's definitely a body switch that occured between the male leads after their death. Grabbing his eye in pain is not something they include for fun. I hope they at least make murderer-dude have a happier ending in this life, like having him be able to do something for the girl this time. However, I kinda expect the soul of detective-dude to get with heartproblems-girl in the end.
Who knows when they'll recover their memories though? They're entirely new people until they recover those memories so let's see what happens before they become their old selves again.

I don't get it, he's the killer in all the other reset also? Or he's a serial killer who kill before but know…
Serial killer Sun Ho is following the fate of the original timeline. In ANY timeline where Sun Ho lives he is the serial killer of the group. He finds out about resetters later but he would've killed them all regardless of whether he found out about resetters since it's his fate.
It's like finding a letter of the future that lists your next few purchases, obviously you were gonna make those purchases anyway so it doesn't change anything besides that you know about that future now. This is how Sun Ho feels but with murder.
There's no specific reason for the lack of new empty showcases, he'll probably get new ones if he needs to.

I've watched ep 10 and 1 question came to my mind: even if everyone dies in the end (but I don't think so), Lee…
Lee Shin can save them but she has no empathy for the resetters. So either she starts another fate-experiment and they won't remember anything or it has to be one of the resetters who breaks free from their fate and gets to reset again.

I'm loving the plot twists. I see some comments saying that Ji Hyungjoo arrested Park Sunho in the previous timelines?…
I missed this as well since I thought Lee Shin said they all died in the original timeline (where Sun Ho lives). So how could Hyung Jo arrest Sun Ho in any previous timeline? Could be that there's some dialogue I missed but I assumed Hyung Jo didn't catch Sun Ho in previous timelines.

I can still see that current timeline hug between Sun Ho and recently reset Hyung Jo when I close my eyes. Truly a tragedy. Seriously though, Hyung Jo really has a difficult life, Sun Ho was like a big brother to him.

Title 365: Repeat the Year Spoiler
why? i don't really expect them to explain why sun ho kills, a psychopath is a psychopath, but why *them*? the…
Ah that's something that I wondered about too at first but we're given an explanation about that in a recent episode.
-Why Sun Ho kills them in particular?

Well in the original (timeline-v1) 2019-2020 timeline (Sun Ho lives) he chose them at random based on whether he was able to kill them without trace. Detective Hyung Jo probably discovered his secret and was killed as well.

In the previous (timeline v-2) 2019-2020 timeline (Sun Ho is killed) the previously killed reset-characters were saved thanks to Lee Shin causing Sun Ho's death. This cleared the way for the group-reset of all previous victims.

In the latest (timeline v-3) 2019-2020 timeline (Sun Ho is saved) he just did the same killings as the original timeline (v1) and only recently found out that his recent victims (post 2019 reset-point) were all linked. He only found this amusing and wants to fulfill fate.

-Why start killing now/collecting trophies now?
If you pay attention to the room of Sun Ho you'll see 4 mementos that don't belong to any resetter. The resetters are only his recent victims but he's killed before. He's unfortunately just doing this for the pleasure of the kill as seen by his smiling. Collecting trophies to remember his kills and to feel like a hunter. I hoped he was a better man so that we could have that detective bromance but he's unfortunately evil.

Well, first, he's protecting others from getting killed. If he, the main suspect, is arrested and someone still…
Hyung Jo is mainly relying on Sun Ho's detective-instinct for this one. Because Ga Hyun doesn't have many contacts, there's only a few people she would've been in contact with before her death. Sun Ho is in her call-history so killing her without Hyung Jo around as suspect is tricky. Sun Ho is kinda stuck though... He can't release Ga Hyun but he can't kill her now either since he would reveal himself to the police (time of death determination).

The risky part is that Sun Ho has to receive the call about Hyung Jo's arrest on time. It'll obviously happen but it's still a risk Hyung Jo takes.

Basically some old terminal Japanese dude visits Europe for his last trip and he learns a little bit about European culture through his assistant and some ghost-like lady.
I liked exploring Europe of the 70s with this old dude but after that it's a bit boring. There's also a lot of narration.

I wholeheartedly agree that it's been great sharing thoughts about this great drama! I'd love to watch a similar drama like this again while it airs and have long discussions about hidden meanings. I've not seen the Guest yet so I'll check that out!

The staging is indeed brilliant. I loved Lee Shin Ep10 ones with the 2 mirrors (how she is present in multiple timelines) and the road that went in turns up a hill (referencing her resets).

I had noticed that the mirrors showed different reflections for the detective as well. Especially in Ep 7 (which carried more foreshadowing) where the same scene shows Ga Hyun with multiple reflections and Hyung Jo with only one. I've seen characters such as the gangster (Ep5) in that hall who also got the single reflection. So based on that I also think it's very likely Ga Hyun will be the one to reset/live.

It is the opposite for me I liked Lee Shin in past episodes but in this episode she is just despicable... How…
I personally don't mind inhumane characters as long as they have some good motivation for their actions. I think her progression from human to human -experimenter is really interesting and it's a shame we haven't seen much about that.
I think there was no way for her to be innocent about it since she always did see the resetters as tools to use. She has an interesting position as she is not purely a villain, she's just following the natural flow of fate. Saving them doesn't save her daughter and she ONLY cares about her daughter. She may give them a free reset if they find a way to save the daughter though. Or not but in that case the detective and Ga Hyun both need to survive.

I think Ga Hyun will be spared for a while if Sun Ho is still intending on framing Hyun Jo. Still it was a massive risk which I didn't like but a bit of excitement is needed sometimes. But yes give Hyun Jo is happy life writers!

Hmm who would die first Ga Hyun or Hyung Jo? I bet it'll be GH cuz she met Sun Ho at the end of episode.Do you…
Whoever resets they can cause the arrest of Sun Ho immediately since he's already a murderer before the reset-group shows up. It's all in the hands of Lee Shin anyway.
