I'm 3 episodes in and this just feels like a chore to watch. It's also not funny for a rom com. I'm only pushing…
I've never liked BLs of supposed "comedy" (The Shipper, i'm talking about you), because they've always given me quite a bit of cringe. But this one, for some reason, didn't give me that uncomfortable feeling to watch. It's true that sometimes it's a bit weird (e.g.: Thi's way of acting), but at the end of the episode I'm always left with a good taste in my mouth, it's weird. Maybe you and I have different tastes, but I recommend you to give it a chance and don't put too demanding expectations, just watch the series with good eyes and without prejudices, you might end up liking it :)))))

I adored this episode.

I've seen practically every BL in existence but I've never cried with any of them. And I wasn't expecting it to be this series that made me cry for the first time.

I was really annoyed by the attitude of Thi's parents, because it's true that Noey hasn't been on his best behavior, but deep down he's a good guy who cares about his family, his people and Thi. The fact that Noey cooks for Thi's parents, even though he is terrible at it, is a great act of love (for Thi). Also, he's always at the temple and is a boy who in that respect is a hard worker, even if he's not at school. Noey has his good parts, which only his family and Thi know about.

I found the scene where Thi tells Noey that he will be leaving back to his hometown very tender, and unlike what Thi thought, Noey responded very maturely to the situation. Then when he asks to see him one last time before he leaves, you can see how in love Noey is with Thi. So when in the next scene Thi tells him that his parents will come to pick him up.... Noey understands that it's best if he doesn't go to say goodbye to Thi (Noey would do it anyway, even though Thi's parents look down on him, but he doesn't want to cause trouble for Thi). Noey then replies that it is better, because he "doesn't like to get up early". In this episode Noey has a very mature demeanor, no longer focusing only on his needs, but thinking a lot about Thi and how not to make him feel bad. That scene is the one that made me cry.

The end of the chapter gave me goosebumps, I didn't expect at all that Noey would use the excuse of "thanks for acting like Pam, now I'll go back to flirt with her", the look on Thi's face broke my heart. Noey knows that there are a lot of things against him and Thi being together, including him being considered a bad boy in his parents' eyes, and he's resorted to that excuse because he knows in the long run it's the one that will cause the least trouble for Thi, despite the fact that he'll be crushed.

AND I'M NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT THE ENDING SCENE WHERE THI IS DANCING ALONE OMG IM BROKEN

MSP already has 8 episodes and no kiss. This BL is not good either
NLMG has normal 18 year olds who have a toxic relationship based on the ego of one who exerts dominance over the other, who is in love and sees no further. Honey, get that "normal relationship" thing looked at.

About MSP, what mental problem do you have ? Do you only watch series for the sex and not for the development of the characters ? I recommend p*rnhub if you are so desperate.

Also, that they behave as if they were 13 years old? I understand that you are the type of person who only watches BL for the fetish of seeing men having sex, so your arguments are pretty poor.

Well, I prefer a clichéd but well-done plot to a poorly structured complex plot attempt full of plot holes, which is only held together by good visuals and a couple of forced kisses, like NLMG.

Wasn't Nuengdiao the one who was seasick on the way over? And now he thinks he can work on a fishing boat? Oh…
The scriptwriter forgot about previous episode xd

I don't get the hate here, it's not like BL as a genre is known for it's intricate storytelling. Not saying there…
I think the dislike comes precisely because in recent years many series with good plots are coming out (e.g.: Not Me, KinnPorsche, Bad Buddy...), so the standards have changed, and we are no longer looking for a series that is limited to fanservice, but that has something more content.

LMAO it's so sad that you rate a show in terms of "kiss or no kiss" instead of the plot. Yeah, MSP maybe has a simple plot, but it has sense and it's not forced as in NLMG.

So episode 10 started the conflict that will stay until I think Episode 12. I told myself, why Noey have to change?…
That's the same I was thinking; if Noey only wants to change because of Thi (that's what we have seen through the episodes), then the change won't last and also, no one should change who they are for someone else. But this episode, with Noey's mom and sister getting hurt because of him and also his mom's flashbacks... we can see that Noey's change was always needed, for the better of his future and his family. So as you say, this was never about Thi, Thi is just someone who made Noey start to think about the change, but it is his love for his family that will make him take the decision of leaving the thug life. And I think that this was portrayed so well in the series.

I think actually there is no condition no reason when we fall for someone...sometimes it happens without our knowing…
I get your point, love at first sight, but as "you can't love someone just because they are nice to you"... Why would you love someone that always treated you bad ? That's pretty toxic

This show has lots of holes in the plot, but my biggest question is: WHY does Palm like Nueng ? I mean, there is no logical explanation for Palm falling that hard for Nueng. In the gun training scene, Palm told Nueng that, when shooting, he thinks about protecting someone he couldn't like without, and they give us the hint that Palm thinks about Nueng; BUT WHY. Nueng never treated Palm well, he treats him as his "servant" even if was Nueng himself who asked Palm to be his "friend", they never had a proper talk before, and etc. Etc. Etc. So why does Palm like him ? I would risk to say that I would prefer Palm to date Maggie ! She always treated him well :(
