There really were a lot of good drama's this year! Some of them I heard were good and haven't had a chance to watch yet. Wish we could pick more then 8 but then I would want to add even more. I think there are about 4 others that I wanted to add to my list :)

Good Article I didn't know KPOP articles weren't allowed. Since some of the concert/documentaries and reality show are in MDL database so people can marked them as watched I don't see why people are upset.

There was also Bon Voyage season 3 where they went to Malta and Season 4 were they went to New Zealand.

Just wondering why they are upset when you can create articles on actors and shows to watch this is basically the same thing only listing the group.

I'm don't know why others couldn't do the same thing if they listed there groups what members were in which drama's/concert's/reality shows/documents and things that are listed in the MDL database as a suggestion for people to watch.

Example of other groups that have members in drama's/reality shows/documentaries/concert footage, variety shows and may have concert footage etc, Exo, Got7, 2PM, BTOB, Super Junior, CNBLUE, Ze:a, APink, Tara, Girls Day, Sistar, etc I know I am missing many more groups where multiple members have starred in drama's/reality shows etc, these were the one' that popped into my head first!

Hello, I didn't know Put Your Head on My Shoulder was a web series. That drama was so cute. I still have Move to Heaven on my list to be watched. The other's on the list I know are good and won awards, the stories are something I don't typically watch. I am more of a romance, family, or fun drama, throw some mellow dramatic in there and sometimes mystery/suspense :)

Hopefully you live in a country that wills till show it if you get Disney+ Here in the US the only Korean Drama…
I agree with you about it is getting expensive to watch! Years ago you had Viki and Drama Fever (and some bootleg sites). Now with all of the different streaming services and each one getting different drama's it is getting more and more expensive.

I had thought Kocowa was getting MBC, SBS and KBS drama's then Viki would offer the plus and we could see them?

While I am happy more people are interested in licensing the drama's I just wish they would make them available to everyone. Disney has the money to license them in the US I don't know why they aren't.

On Netflix some of the drama's have blown up in the US so you would think Disney Plus would want that as well.

I did check Hulu and they do have a few drama's, most of them I have already seen. I will keep checking to see if they update with more.

Why the heck is this on Disney+I guess I'm going to have to shell out and buy subscription to Disney+
Hopefully you live in a country that wills till show it if you get Disney+ Here in the US the only Korean Drama they have available is Snowdrop. I have been waiting for others for a long time. I have pretty much given up that Disney+ will release the other drama's they are acquiring to the US.

Good article and good question! Usually at night I only get an hour or two to watch drama's. So it all depends on the drama. Lately I have been watching currently running dramas, unless I absolutely love the drama I am still only getting one episode in a week. So there seems to always be one or two for me to binge if I wanted to :)

If it is an older drama and I am enjoying it, I may binge it and maybe take a break between episodes to watch another drama.

Sometimes the currently airing drama's I may start mid way through the drama and enjoy it so much that I binge watch it to get caught up, then I always think that's silly of me, now I have to wait LOL!

I do try to do what one of the other commenters said, if it is the final episode I try to hold off and watch the last two at the same time. This way I don't have a cliff hanger and I get to see what happens at the end. The only time I don't do that is if I really need to know what is happening then I will watch 15 and the next night episode 16 and not push it off.

I usually have at least 5 to 10 drama's going at a time, usually one that is an hour long, and another that is less the 45 minutes. So that way I can try to get two drama's in a night.

I haven't actually read the webtoons, a lot of these drama's I have watched and enjoyed! I also like regular drama's I think the thing for people that read the actual Webtoons they may end up disappointed. I used to read a lot of books (young adult) and when they made them into movies I was usually disappointed. There have been a few that stand out, the same with Manga I used to read a lot of that and if they made it into an anime some of them were good, and if they did Live Action it was a hit or miss.

I think it really depends on how well the tell the story and the actors, and for people that read the actually webtoon to set the bar low before they start watching and just know going into it that it may not be like the webtoon. Then hopefully they won't be as disappointed.

There were so many from the above list that I watched that I didn't even realize came from a webtoon like Uncanny Counter, Mystic Pop - bar, Imitation, My roomate is a gumiho, Her private life, ( haven't watch yet D.P and The take of Nokadu)

Thank you for the article very informative. I will admit I am much older and when I was a kid I got to watch Ultraman (Dubbed). It was one of my favorite shows growing up. (But I also loved the anime Speed Racer and Kimba the White Lion, and I didn't even realize they were from Japan until I was an adult).

I don't watch a lot of Japanese dramas because they are really hard to find subs for. I agree that I would like it to be more accessible but I also don't them to become "westernized" to do it.

The few that I have watched they are all newer the ones I loved was
Mischievous Kiss: Love in tokyo (based off a manga)
In house Marriage (shanai Marriage honey)

I also enjoyed
From 5 to 9 (ji kara9 ji made)
Good Morning Call

I used to be big in Manga and Anime so I think I seem to end up wanting to watch the shows that are adapted into the drama's because I had loved the manga/anime.

Loved the Article the first person thought of was Ji Chang Wook in Healer, then once I started to see all of the different drama's it brought make memories of all of the hoodies in all of them! I love hoodies, I were one at work everyday the zip up kind because it is freezing at work. I love all of the different colors and styles.

This was very enjoyable!

Thank you for the article I think I watched more from the MDL 10 Most Popular Dramas Aired in the 2000s then the other categories. Older drama's I didn't watch to many of them. I have tried to go back and watch an older drama each year. Full House has been on my list for a very long time!
