On Love between Fairy and Devil Aug 21, 2022
A lot happened in today's episodes, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Dayin's Mom looks like Jieli🥴, lol! I'm negatively surprised by Jieli and highly disappointed in her for being a spy of the Heishi city Master and betraying XLH. She could have told them the truth, and DFQC or Shang Que could have helped her in finding an antidote for her poison. There's nothing in the 3 realms which SQ is not capable of finding. He even obtained almost all the pieces of an ancient sword scattered around the 3 realms, he could very well obtain an antidote for her poison.
Ep 28 taught me that falling in love is too costly, it literally costs you your bones, lol😜! The love they have for each other is endearing. The cliffhanger is illegal, thankfully there are episodes airing tomorrow.

I think its not on the bracelet but the primordial spirit is on XLH. I feel that Chidi and XLH truly have a connection.…
Regarding XLH's dream, it was about her past incarnation, Xi Yun/Xishan Goddess. Chidi woman was friends with Xi Yun's parents/caretakers, so she frequently visited them and played with Xi yun. That's the reason XLH dreamed about Chidi woman.
On Love between Fairy and Devil Aug 21, 2022
Rewatching ep 26, and just realized that in the scene where XLH fights the evil spirit, at the end of the fight, some kind of spirit enters into DFQC's Hellfire bracelet which XLH is wearing. I wonder whether that spirit is the residual evil spirit or Chidi woman's primordial spirit. Rong Hao said that he placed Chidi woman's primordial spirit in a place where no one could have guessed, and maybe that place is XLH's bracelet. If not, then it must be the residual evil spirit which attacked them, and this spirit might cause a problem for them in the future.

Her wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL!! The dark-green and red combo never goes wrong!! Her headpiece was dazzling with the multi-coloured pearls and it fit perfectly with her dress. No wonder DFQC told her that she looked the most beautiful in her wedding dress. He looked stunning in his red-golden wedding dress too. The whole set for the wedding was designed and shot beautifully!
In the starting of ep 25, I was getting pretty annoyed with her lack of trust in him even after he promised her that he wouldn't hurt Xiao Run as he was a mortal. I was getting frustrated that she was so gullible and chose to believe Rong Hao's BS over DFQC's words, and I was about to throw my hands. BUT, I was positively surprised when she stopped him from drinking the poisoned wine and chose to talk it out. PHEW!! Glad that she chose to stand beside him no matter what!
That kiss!! It's still giving me butterflies🥰! And they are back to Moon Palace. I can't get enough of their Moon tribe costumes and XLH's jewellery! I loved both the episodes today! Looks like his brother is going to pull out something stupid to hurt XLH, I can sense trouble coming ahead.

No, they didn't yet show anything about who put the Heart Curse on DFQC. I commented on this topic a couple of…
Yeah, it's quite confusing about who is who😛. The reason I'm thinking DFQC is Yannv, is because he is the only one in the Moon Tribe besides Yannv, who had the ability to master the Hellfire. Also, both DFQC and Yannv belong to the Moon Tribe. While Chonghua and XLH belong to the Fairy realm. I think gender is of little importance during reincarnations. Like XLH tells Jieli that Danyi reincarnated as a man in the mortal realm. So, it's possible for a gender switch during reincarnations, I guess😛.
Regardless, one thing we can predict, is that they both might be the reincarnations of Yannv and Chonghua, hehe.

Who put the xilan curse on DFQC? is it XLH?
No, they didn't yet show anything about who put the Heart Curse on DFQC. I commented on this topic a couple of days back, so I'm just copying it here -
They only showed "how" the Heart Curse got activated between them, the kiss activated the curse, but it's not yet revealed about "why" they are cursed, and why it exists only between those two and not anyone else. One thing for sure is that XLH didn't actively cast that curse on DFQC that day when they first met in the prison tower. She told him that she had only read about it in the books and doesn't know how to cast it or unlock it personally. This means that DFQC had it for a long time, and maybe, he was born with it, and it only got activated after kissing XLH accidentally in the Prison tower.
I think that XLH has been reincarnated more than once, and Xi Yun(the Goddess of Xishan) is not her first incarnation. Jieli told XLH that the First Master of Moon Tribe, Yannv, made the heart-hidden pin to hide her feelings from her lover Chonghua of the Fairy Realm. This means that even Chonghua could feel Yannv's emotions just like how DFQC can feel XLH's emotions, which indicates that there was a Heart Curse between them too. This suggests that DFQC might be the reincarnation of Yannv and XLH might be the reincarnation of Changhua, which might be the reason why DFQC has the Heart Curse.

Even I was thinking the same! Jieli told XLH that the First Master, Yannv made the heart-hidden pin to hide her…
Yeah, they only showed 'how' it got activated between them, the kiss activated the curse, but it's not yet revealed about 'why' they are cursed, and why it exists only between those two and not anyone else. I think that the FL has been reincarnated more than once, and Xi Yun is not her first incarnation. So, don't know whether everyone from the Xilan clan can cast that curse, or if it's only FL's one of the past incarnations who could do that due to being a reincarnation of Changhua.
One thing for sure is that XLH didn't actively cast that curse on him that day in the prison tower. This means that DFQC had it for a long time, and maybe, he was born with it, and it only got activated after kissing XLH accidentally in the Prison tower. This suggests that he might be the reincarnation of Yannv and XLH might be the reincarnation of Changhua.

Am I the only one who thinks that XLH and DFCQ have possibility to be the reincarnation of the first master of…
Even I was thinking the same! Jieli told XLH that the First Master, Yannv made the heart-hidden pin to hide her feelings from her lover Chonghua. This means that even Chonghua could feel Yannv's emotions just like how DFQC can feel XLH's emotions. This couldn't be just a coincidence right? Also, it isn't yet shown about why the Heart Curse got activated between the ML and FL.
This also makes me wonder about how and why exactly could Chonghua feel Yannv's emotions and whether they both were also under the effect of the Heart Curse.

Agreed. My something ain’t right alarm been dinging. From the leader of the immortal realm to that Rong Hao.…
Yep, CH's brother definitely knows about everything which conspired, and maybe was even a part of it all. Agree, DFQC wanting revenge for XLH is also understandable. If he didn't show up that day, they would have killed her and shattered her spirit, by labelling her as a spy.
I loved his grand entry that day when he said, "How dare you hurt my girl!". Ooo, I was swooning during that scene🥰, haha!

You are so on point. Tbh i feel bad for moon tribe. They have suffered more than anyone bcuz of Shuiyuntian. But…
Yes, I wouldn't want innocent people to be harmed, be it from Shuiyuntian or Moon Tribe. I think even DFQC doesn't want to hurt the innocent, so he's trying to put an end to all this once and for all, by taking down those hypocrites in power. He saw how the families of his soldiers were suffering due to the constant wars, and felt guilty for being locked away for all these years and not being able to protect his Tribe for 30000 years. So, he is now trying to seal Chidi woman's spirit to unlock her curse and release all his soldiers who got stuck/froze during their War.
He also assured XLH that he would pardon innocent fairies from Shuiyuntian, if they surrendered to him without fighting till death.
On Love between Fairy and Devil Aug 14, 2022
I find this Chidi woman to be very shady. The fact that she was the one who first led the Shuiyuntian army to attack the Moon Tribe, when DFQC's father was still the Moon Supreme, indicates that there was some conspiracy plotted against the Moon Tribe. Also the fact that she is Rong Hao's lover and an acquaintance to Xi Yun's parents, makes her even more suspicious. I think, maybe she and Rong Hao conspired against the Moon tribe and also have a hand in Xi Yun and her family's death. Not to mention, Rong Hao was also the first one to recognize that XLH is the reincarnation of Xi Yun and wanted to kill her so desparately. This suggests that he and Chidi woman were well acquainted with Xi Yun, and have a bad past with her.
Shuiyuntian clan are the biggest hypocrites here. They claim to be righteous and demonify the Moon Tribe, but I find it to be the complete opposite. Jeili already told XLH, the truth about how the Shuiyuntian clan were the ones who first started the whole war by betraying the Moon Tribe's first Master. Pretty understandable why the first Master became full of hatred and sought revenge against Shuiyuntian by cutting off her emotional roots and mastering the Hellfire.
I also understand why DFQC wants to take down the Fairy Realm. Apart from the fact that revenge is his Tribe's mission as pay back for the injustice done to them, he is also aware of how the Fairy Realm is corrupted, and will attack the Moon Tribe if he backs off now. The war is bound to happen in the future, even if DFQC doesn't attack Shuiyuntian. Because that clan is filled with power-hungry hypocrites with twisted morals, who would attack the Moon Tribe, even if DFQC declared that he wanted peace and wouldn't continue to seek revenge .

Can someone explain to me why the primordial spirit of the baby (Xie Wan Qing) did not vanish after being taken…
Even I didn't understand that part. It was shown that her primordial spirit was still intact after being taken out, but later DFQC, after hearing XLH's explanation, says that he now understood why it "almost" vanished after being taken out. So, based on his words, it "almost" vanished, but because he didn't pull it out completely, it still remained intact, ig. IDK, that part is confusing.

Literally 1 episode in and my morals are gone. Can't help it, this cp is so interesting.
There is something very endearing about the way he looks at her even when he is scolding her. On the surface, it seems like he is yelling at her, but you can sense his deep love and concern towards her in his eyes and in his tone of voice. I find it romantic too!
On Love between Fairy and Devil Aug 12, 2022
I find the interior of the Moon Palace and the whole of the Cangyan Sea city to be breathtakingly beautiful! The inside of the Palace has a very Arabian feel to it and I'm completely captivated by it's aesthetics. Whoever designed the sets of the Moon Palace has done their job meticulousy. Each and every detail is alluring! Especially the fountain in episode 16, where Lan Hua gives an orchid plant to DFQC. The light coming through the window and reflecting on the fountain illuminated the whole room and made it to look magical. Even the Palace maids' outfits have an Arabian vibe to them.
Well, this is just my personal preference, but the Fairy Land gives off cold vibes to me due to all the white tones(though that's how it's supposed to look). The only time I loved it's aesthetics was during the sunrise scene, when DFQC took LH to the highest place in the Fairy Land to watch the sunrise. Whereas, the Cangyan city and the Moon Palace give off a very warm vibe, with more sunlight, which is aesthetically very pleasing to the eye.
LH looks even more beautiful in her Moon Tribe costumes and jewellery. She sure suits her Moon Queen image.

I totally get where you are coming from but I think what she did was going too far, if her actions were going…
Again, that's just your assumption here. Nowhere did they show that she knew of what that abuser was doing to his kids. You can't compare the Crown Princess's analytical skills to that of CSS. It was already shown that Crown Princess is not as smart as CSS, when she told that CSS could do her week's worth of work in just a day. CSS is also aware of, and is sensitive about parental abuse towards their children, so obviously her first concern would be the kids. So, you can't simply assume that the Crown Princess was aware of what was happening to those kids, just because CSS could deduce that.
Where did I even mention that Lingjun was trying to "keep ties" with the Crown Prince? I pointed out that she still has feelings for the CP, didn't mention anything about "keeping ties". Also, Lingjun didn't approach the CP for help because 1) She doesn't know that it was the Crown Princess who has been sending her Cp's stuff, she thought it was the CP. 2) It's obvious that he wouldn't be able to do anything to help her get away from her abusive husband. She herself saw that the CP let go of her and agreed to marry the Crown Princess, so obviously she knew that he wouldn't help her with her marriage issues. 3)It wouldn't benefit her in any way to approach him, as both are married to different people already. She knows that she would be shunned by the society for approaching a CP, who is already married to someone else, for her personal matters.
"if she had focused her attention on the Crown Prince instead of her insecurities their marriage may have stood a better chance. " -
Hard disagree. You can't blame the Crown Princess for the CP's faults. No matter how much a wife tries to "fix" the marriage, if the husband has someone else in his heart, the marriage cannot be "saved" by the wife alone. Why should the wife be blamed when it's the husband who is in love with someone else? Nobody can "make" someone love them. It's not the Crown Princess's job to "make" the CP forget about his ex and focus on her. That's on him to deal with his own feelings, have a clean break-up with his ex, and focus on his current marriage. Based on what they've shown till now, the Crown Princess tried her best to support the CP and keep their marriage going, but the CP never reciprocated. So, it's nowhere her fault. Talking about insecurities, everyone in this drama seems to be focusing on their own insecurties, so you can't blame only the Crown Princess for doing so, while justifying everyone else for doing the same.

I totally get where you are coming from but I think what she did was going too far, if her actions were going…
I think you didn't read my comment properly. I said that the Crown Princess had no way to know that Lingjun's husband wanted to/was abusing his "kids", not "Lingjun". I mentioned that point because the other commenter stated that the Crown Princess knew that the kids were abused. No, I didn't skip any scene, I saw the carriage scene, and it was the Crown Princess's plan to get "Lingjun" abused, but nowhere did they show that she wanted her kids to be abused.
I'm putting forward my opinions completely based on what is shown, nowhere am I making any self-assumptions. Whereas, people seem to have conveniently overlooked the CP's and Lingjun's behaviour at the banquet. As I've already repeated many times, Lingjun DID show her affection openly towards the CP at the banquet, so I'm not sure why you think that Lingjun and CP were acting within their boundaries. They clearly crossed their boundaries and went way too far.

"she still had feelings for her ex but can you blame her"; "its okay for her to yearn for something she thinks could have been better for her" -
Hard disagree on that. That's emotional infidelity. When she is married to someone else, it's on her to wrap up her feelings towards her ex, who now is also someone else's husband, and focus on her current marriage. Her still having feeling towards the CP, even after 10 years, is unacceptable, both ethically, and especially socially during those times; while also carrying herself around as "virtuous" and lying that she doesn't have feelings for the CP, when it's evident that she does.
The Crown Princess's life was nowhere even close to good. She didn't choose to marry the CP, her family forced her to marry him. Back then, women had no say in their marriage, and couldn't go against their family's orders. If he wanted to be with his ex so much, the CP could have very well grown a spine and stoond his ground in not wanting to marry the Crown Princess, but he didn't. Or, atleast he could stop being defensive about his feelings and marry Lingjun as his cocubine, just like the Emperor did. But he was set in his ways to act all sanctimonious and lived in denial. It was his choice to let go of his ex, it's nowhere the Crown Princess's fault.
I don't understand the hypocrisy here. You're justifying Lingjun's extra-marital feelings towards the CP, but you are dismissing the Crown Princess's very valid anger and resentment.

Yes, I agree that she took it too far. I did say so in my comment that I'm not justifying her actions. I'm saying that I understand where she is coming from. I also don't think she knew that Lingjun's husband wanted to abuse his kids, there's no way she can know that because it all happened behind closed doors.
Lingjun didn't seem to be trying to set boundaries at all. It was clear in the banquet scene. She was staring at the CP as if she was romantically longing for him and the staring went for a while. She got back to her senses after her husband angrily placed his bowl on the table. Again, not saying that she deserved to be abused or anything, just saying that she is not all that innocent as she makes herself to be.
On Love Like the Galaxy: Part 2 Aug 10, 2022
People seem to be forgetting, but it was clear as the sky that the Crown Prince and his ex were staring at each other in a romantic way and getting impatient during the Empress's birthday banquet. The CP is despicable! He shamelessly cheated on his wife emotionally for 10 years, yet he blatantly lied to her face that he never had feelings for his ex-lover after marrying her. The Crown Princess had to witness her husband and his ex openly showing their affection towards each other at the banquet. Yes, Lingjun's husband is a complete a**hole for abusing her physically and threatening her, but Lingjun is also not all that virtuous as she presents herself to be. She still had feelings for the CP(as evident from the banquet scene), even after being married to another man for 10 years and having kids with him. She isn't completely innocent either. She is also wrong for not setting clear boundaries with the CP after her marriage.
More than anything else, I understand the Crown Princess's pain. Though her methods for revenge were wrong, I understand where she is coming from. Putting myself in her shoes, it must've been very painful to be forced by her own greedy family to marry a Royal who had feelings for another woman, and continued to do so even after 10 years of marriage. Yes, they were childhood sweethearts and all that, but after being married to different people, they should have wrapped up their feelings and focused on being happy with their respective spouses.
Being with a man who shamelessly thought of another woman, every time he was with his lawfully wedded wife, is more than enough to drive any wife crazy. Let alone in those times where women had to just suck it all up, no matter what their husbands did. Worst of all, she lost her baby due to the CP's emotional affair. The fact that the CP blatantly lied to her face and acted all defensive every time, whenever confronted by the Crown Princess, must've been very agonizing for her and drove her to do what she did.
Yes, she is also crafty for trying to win the favour of CSS and others by acting pitiful, but what else could she do? She is from a poor family and is all alone in the Palace without anyone on her side, including her useless husband who likes another woman and NEVER stood up for her when she needed him the most. Not to mention, even her family members are greedy and kept asking her for favours due to her position, but never bothered about her struggles in the Palace. She was bullied by those spoiled Princesses, in the same way CSS was bullied. CSS atleast has LBY on her side, but the Crown Princess doesn't have anyone. So, it's understandable that she wants to win the favour of powerful people in order to protect herself.
She is atleast different from those evil Princesses who grabbed every chance to hurt CSS. She also seemed to be genuinely thankful to CSS, when CSS helped the CP with the gifts during the Empress's banquet. I don't think she would've hurt Lingjun, if the CP behaved properly and respected and loved her as his wife, instead of having his eyes for another woman.
