Among that unnecessary episodes we got how Princess Yang Ying is educated by both leads, mini war, and how characters building their relationship....

Their romance is mature, and i find it more comfortable and natural to watch bcs both actors are grown man and woman... I thought the romance starts from seduction and temptation, but after ep 8 i found that their relationship is more than that. Their admiration and trust toward each other is jst beautiful.

We're only in ep 10 but i feel like we got many important information, memorable scenes and lines already😆 I like the pace and the balance between serious, comedy, romance, and heartwarming moments. I also like how the characters have vivid personalities and unpredictable actions or way of thinking smtms they caught me off guard...

Sad to see the last mins of ep 10. Im happy to see RRY finally have comrades in her life and i definitely don't want her to be hurt by them, but i also kinda understand about their sentiment about her identity. The Crimson Guards is considered one of the most dangerous organizations and i think the members got mad bcs of their past grudge and thinking NYZ might got betrayed again by a member, as they didn't know NYZ actually knew about her identity. Can't wait to see how they solve this internal conflict tomorrow!!

No, ppl hating him mostly bcs of his low background: internet celebrity and didn't come from any performance art school. He was only a chef trained in a vo-tech high school and street singer-livestreamer before debut. For those reasons, they think he's unworthy of his success. Those who hate him show how the society is not completely supportive toward someone like LYN who had unfortunate life since childhood, had no chance to get higher edu but still work hard to survive life and reach his dream.

Personally i think he's handsome bcs im his fan😂 but i also dont like to praise someone's appearance exaggeratedly, so if someone says he's not the most handsome i will agree. I think his personality is much more interesting tho than his visual

There might be more deserts and canyons scenes in upcoming eps! This drama is actually promoted as "guzhuang road drama" in China, so we're going to see the group moving from place to place, not stuck in the palace/ city

The 11 mins long fight scenes on ep 8 was filmed for 15 days. They went and lived in a real desert area for about a month.

He can even has good chemistry with other male characters/ bromance (Ultimate Note and Heroes)😭😭 He has good grasp in building relationship with other characters, and it's not limited to romantic one.

I agree he's not the most handsome but he has unique temperament and aura. Also i like it that his acting isn't textbook-like(?) and stiff, even when he played a cold person like Haodu and Luo Mingxi.

Why do ppl keep comparing this with MJTY and SOKP?😂 AJTL isn't even an idol drama, the market is different from those 2. And you're probably just not the target audience for this one... The producer, director, production house are also different. You can't expect them all to be the same, that would be even more boring🤣

He actually debuted as a voice actor too in Cang Lan Jue donghua version. Since his 3rd drama (The Long Ballad) the production crews he works with alwys ask him to dub his own characters. For his drama Heroes, they found 3 voice actors for him but they ended up prefer his real voice. It speaks volume of how the industry also approved his voice acting skill.

I don't think she's a sexist. Her interactions with members of Six Realms Hall probs to show that she's a strong and cunning woman around men, but definitely not sexist.
